    Good Points: Very Fast and friendly service. They make the whole process seem very simple. They genuinely tried to get me the best deal in the market. I had been turned down in the past for a secured loan, they never made me feel bad about that.


    Bad Points: No bad points that I can think of


    General comments: I was talked through the full application form and was told I would be contacted by loan underwriter in 1 hours time with an offer in principle. The loan underwriters contacted me back around an hour with a offer. I liked the offer and was sent the application in the post. I signed and sent back the application and received my cheque in around 2 weeks.
