I have an HP Printer & it accepts the Compatible Ink no problem. I did have one small problem once with the Black Ink but, all I needed to do was shake ink with a tissue to stop spillage to clear air bubble. Always use compatible cartridges but you have to search for these on the website, would be easier if they were on the first menu to come up and/or a ready to use search box. Checkpout offers no details option 'below' but it wasn't there. Fprgotten password new password wouldn't work and had to get yet another one. result took 15 mins to buy 3 black cartridges! delivery ius usually quick but website drives me nuts every time...if wasn't cheap and reliable would go elswhere.
