    Very poor service.

    Lexmark X5650 Compatible Photo Cartridges, the printer wouldn't recognise and when phoned was given some instructions about powering off the printer for 10 mins. They sell items that don't work.

    The colour compatible cartridges never work. Support got back to me today with various cleaning techniques for blocked heads - running it under a hot tap worked. Both cartridges I ordered had the pink blocked completely - not a coincidence I think - maybe bad filling techniques or something. I had the same problem 2 years ago with my last order. Now I know how to fix it.

    I've ordered quite a few times from Abitech Internet-Ink, and the quality of the goods really seems to depend on whether the cartridges are "official" manufacturer's ones, or the self-manufactured ones of the website.

    I ordered some self-manufactured cartridges for my Lexmark X3480 printer, which takes "Lexmark No. 2" cartridges. Over time I have recieved three of Internet Ink's self-made cartridges, all of which are supposedly of guaranteed quality and compatibility, and not one of them seemed ...

    The HP21 and HP22 compatible cartridges for my HP Deskjet 4180 never worked properly. The printer continuously threw up errors. The original coloured cartridge did not work at all but was replaced, only after I had returned the first faulty one with no word of apology.
    The colours were inferior - no good for photo printing.
    I question the quantity of ink in both as they didn't last anytime.
    It is false economy to purchase these 'cheaper' so called compatible cartridges.

    For everyday printing the HP 363 compatibles have proved excellent value. I have been using Abitech's cartridges for about two years, ordering every couple of months or so, and have not yet had a problem with the cartridges or the inks. The colours seem equal to HP's own though the black isn't so intensely black. I wouldn't use ANY compatible from ANY company for exhibition photos or pictures that I want to keep for several years, but these inks seem to give a reasonable lifespan: I stuck a t ...

    Very fast delivery. Never had any problems with the cartridges they have sent me. Website is easy to use. and seems fast becuase i don`t have broadband yet.

    My cartridges lasted longer than the manufacturers (alot longer), The service was quick and when I called the staff were very helpful.
    Excellent Service and well recommend Abitech.

    They were happy to send cartridge replacements - 4 times!
    All 4 "compatible" cartridges failed to work in my Lexmark x2550. Repeated requests for a refund eventually produced an agreement but as far as I am aware they then reneged.
    Questionable product and poor service - one to avoid in my opinion.

    I cna not recommend Abitech internet-ink.co.uk DELL TO-529, In my opinion unsatisfactory quality and when progressing delivery was told that items they sent by post could take up to 12 days for receipt.

    Hopeless quality compatible cartridges - even the replacement for the initial faulty one was faulty! We have 6 printers and have never had such poor service from any other cartridge supplier.
    I do not recommend Abitech internet-ink.co.uk to anyone.

    Find another supplier. Prices may be low here, but whats the point if you have to wait an eternity for the products to be delivered.

    www.internet-ink.co.uk is an easy to use website, prompt delivery, use Royal Mail so you don't have to wait in for it, much cheaper than shops - no problem. Only criticism is, they offer discounts for repeated use but when you return to the site it's actually difficult to work out how to log in to get your discount.

    I have used Abitech Internet-ink cartridges for over 3 years, they last longer than original Dell/Lexmark cartridges, and work out about half the price.
