During this time I had just one problem ... a cartidge leaked when it was being installed. That was replaced promtly free of charge. Never had a problem with Internet inks compatible inks: cannot detect any difference in the print quality, so I see no point in paying out for the manufactures liquid gold. So keep up the good work.
