    Good Points: Prices are excellent and they have always bettered other agents. On my last cruise, I asked for, and got, a further a discount six months after making my booking. Staff are easy to talk to and always return phone calls or emails.

    Bad Points: Absolutely none.

    General comments: A really good company to do business with. A nice touch is the letter I received when we got home, asking whether we had enjoyed our holiday.
