    Good Points: newly refurbished bathroom


    Bad Points: hotel does not appear to me to have been maintained.
    Bad Location. Noisy Hotel, due to thin walls.
    Our beds appeared old and scruffyg.
    Plastic cups at bar and scruffy pool area.


    General comments: You can see that when this Aparthotel Caledonia Park was first built it would have looked good.
    The brochure pictures seemed to me to be inacccurate and I do not believe this is a 3 star.
    We managed to enjoy our holiday, by staying out of the hotel as much as possible.
    We did not get one nights good sleep due to very bad beds, we tried sleeping on sofas.

    when my husband and i and 2 friends went to Playa De Las Americas and stayed at the Aparthotel Caledonia Park in 2005, we found it to be very clean (rooms - pools- restaurant - everywhere) Nothing was to much trouble for the staff.
    We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a roof terrace, but when I tried to find 2 roomed apartments on the web site of hotel details couldnt seem to find them, can't remember the room number. we are going back again 2008 and was woundering what others thought of it ...
