There is no way this is a 4 star hotel! My family and I stayed in the hotel in Sep 2009 and were very disappointed by the service & frustrations we experienced. When we shared our concerns with our travel agent on our return - the hotel claimed the hotel manager had apologised and sent sparkling wine and a fruit basket to our room. So not true!!!
