    justflowers.com. Ordered flowers from justflowers.com. for m wife's birthday, paid extra for early delivery, they didn't even delver at all on her birthday. To make a long story short, after many calls to many people in customer service I was assured that I would receive a refund of any money I paid. I never received a refund or any flowers. Their customer service is horrible. Save moeny order flowers locally from a florist you know.

    Terrible experience with Justflower.com
    This online florist does not deliver the order, yet my credit card was charged. It took me 3 calls and finally the company located my order, and agreed to give me credit back after I declined to receive store credit for future purchase.
    Later I received an email from flowerdelivery.com saying their system showed the flowers were delivered but the florist has not told them any problem.
    What a mess, I do not know where this flowerdelivery.com fits into ...

    Ordered flowers from just Flowers for a friends Birthday. They were not delivered on the date specified so I called the next day and the contact person stated they made a mistake in reading the date - they flowers were out for delivery that day. I waited - my friend again did not receive her flowers. I received a delivery confirmation that evening - hooray -NOT!. My friend had still NOT received the flowers!! After several more emails (none of which were respionded to) and more conversation ...

    I placed a $100 order online with Just Flowers for a Sunday delivery for my parents' 40th anniversary. It seems they failed to confirm with the florist that they could make a Sunday delivery, thus I believe they failed to adhere to their policy which states that you will be notified if a weekend/sunday delivery cannot be made. I did not receive a call the next day and also did not receive a response to the 3 emails I sent them requesting an explanation. They did not deliver the flowers on the ...

    I will never ever use this site again. I ordered flowers for a really important birthday. I wanted to be sure so I placed my order THREE WEEKS earlier. And they called me on the day of the delivery saying this - our florist in the area has no flowers, we can ship something, but it will arrive a day or more later. How can this be possible?!

    I will never use Just Flowers again. I ordered flowers for a 25th anniversary, and 2 days after the fact, I still don't have flowers, and they have not yet refunded my money. They have made no effort to offer anything as a way of saying sorry for missing a once in a lifetime event. I do not trust them to make good on their delivery claims, and I will therefore not use them again in future.
