Good Points: None.
Bad Points: Total neglect for accountability or customer service!
General comments: I purchased an 03 reg Mini Cooper and within 2 weeks of driving it away the whole automatic gearbox went - it cost 1800 pounds and the warranty provided only covered 1000 pounds - brook refused to meet the shortfall and wouldn't take my calls! Absolute joke! Please do not buy a car from here you'll only regret it!

Excellent service comes naturally to us as we know what the customer needs and expectations are.
