    Good Points: Friendly. Non intimidating. High quality equipment and staff. Great schedule of Group Fitness classes. Fun events like kayaking, sky diving, afternoon teas, etc - makes the gym more community oriented, I like that.


    Bad Points: Really aren't any - they're a smaller gym so they don't offer all the amenities the big bad gyms do (like indoor basket ball and a pool) but what they do offer they offer at such a high quality that I don't miss the other stuff that I never used anyway.


    General comments: Don't waste time visiting the other gyms in the area, I did, and it was a huge waste of time, Body Dynamics is the only gym worth going to.

    This is a great neighborhood gym for beach locals or visitors. The people are friendly and very involved in the community. It has a wide range of equipment and classes for all fitness levels and age ranges. Those new to fitness will like the personal attention. The facility serves serious competitive athletes well too (including some local professional sports players). They just added the Silver Sneakers program which is nationwide fitness program for seniors. Whatever your age or ability ...
