Good Points: None.
Bad Points: Rude unhelpful. This dont work.
General comments: Well was a moneyway (secure homes) customer for years have just cancelled everything they pay for me, Reason? They did not pay my council tax, for what reason? They could not explain, I had court summons and bailiff letters! Due to them, they would not explain or sort........ poor poor service.

I am closing my account with moneyway as the customer service is poor, I can no longer pay at my local branch where there were very friendly staff which are no longer going to be there. What happened to this human touch brand that they mentioned?

OneBill seems to be working really well for me. I'm not bad at managing my finances but I did need a little help to get them paid on time. So far my account is be doing what I needs it to! I'd advise it to other people, I've been very impressed so far.
