Good Points: Used to be the better alternative to the super noodles in the plastic pot. The noodles seemed to cook quicker and tasted better.
Bad Points: It seems Bachelors have been going through a phase of penny pinching. A while ago they stopped providing plastic lids with the pots, which was part of the cooking process -- add hot water then put the lid on. Now, of late, either the machine has gone on the blink or it has been adjusted to decrease the amount of sauce in the sachets, to the point that there is well less than a teaspoonful -- an amount that is virtually undetectable to the taste buds, and really, to me, it makes it unworthwhile buying this product. I have bought a lot of these in the past. Being a HGV driver I'm not always in a position to get a proper meal nor have the time to. I do however always carry a flask of hot water to make a noodle, tea or coffee, as do hundreds, nay thousands I dare say, of other people in similar situations.
General comments: Bachelors Pot Noodles used to be a good tasty snack, now I wouldn't give half the retail price for it. "Come on Bachelors - stop the penny pinching and give us back the taste". I'm not about to start carrying a bottle of sauce in my bag - can you imagine what that would do to my spare clothes and maps if it broke or the top came off?
