    Good Points: comfortable ride

Bad Points: Impossible to find replacement parts. All replacement parts through Isuzu. replacement parts are EXPENSIVE!
Awful fuel economy. Cheap interior. Awful transmission.

General comments: Alright, so I DID buy this vehicle used. But shortly after, the transmission needed replacing(two days after purchase from dealer)
The dealership paid for this replacement.
6 months later, the motor needed replacing. The extended warranty company paid for this (most of it anyhow).
I still need to replace the flex pipe (exhaust). this is a dealer only part and will cost me $360.00!
Fuel economy is approx 15-17 mpg on the highway...no kidding. even with the new 6cyl factory motor.
These vehicles are still barely being sold in the US and DO NOT have a great reputation.
AVOID this vehicle and any other Isuzu motor vehicles if possible, they will only let you down and then empty your wallet.

I bought the Isuzu Rodeo because at the time it was the only pick up with an auto box. I seem to spend a lot of time hauling stuff and I've found that the vehicle just doesn't deliver. It seems to struggle with a loaded trailer and the back is too short to carry stuff compared with the Ford Ranger.
It's not great off road either. Mechanically in three years since new it's needed new discs on the front (apparently because the vehicle has been taken off road, I live on a farm), I've had problems ...
