An amazing seafood restaurant. A fantastic selection of very good quality food, cooked to perfection and served in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, by very helpful staff. The scallops were about the best I have ever tasted, and the selection of specials give a wide choice of dishes for all seafood lovers. (read more)

We chose Floods as our evening meal while holidaying in Weymouth. Later that evening we got engaged on the beach, the romance of the evening was definitely set in Floods restaurant and we've been back twice more since!.
The menu is fabulous, perfect value and the Lobster is simply to die for!. I would definitely recommend Floods to everyone and will definitely be going back. (read more)

They were fully booked but managed to squeeze us in, by calling us when a table was ready.

Fantastic friendly small place to nosh on great sea food! Very friendly, good menu, great location, well presented and great tasting food. The many times i have been there the menu has changed very little. Would love to see some new dishes. (read more)

Floods Bistro is quite simply the best restaurant in Weymouth!
My husband and I had an absolutely exquisite meal at Flood's last Friday evening. The lobster thermidor was truly -to- die- for whilst the monkfish simply melted in one's mouth. As if this wasn't enough, we were also served an abundance of fresh, organic seasonable vegetables, which were fully complemented by a reasonably priced bottle (or two!) of wine. The food is excellent and the service is professional and unobtrusive. We had king prawns and mussels to start which were delicious and very fresh. For main course we had lemon sole and cod fillet which were beautifully cooked and again very fresh. Cant recommend this place enough. Price wise it was very reasonable. £53 for 2 courses, cheese and biscuits to share and a bottle of wine. (read more)

We visit Weymouth once or twice a year and always pre-book a table at Floods Bistro for a couple of nights. The scallops are wonderful and the seafood is in abundance. Add the friendly staff and quiet refined atmosphere, you have a great dining experience, and its not badly priced as well!! (read more)
