Time Warner Cable customer service are full incompetence. Their unique features and acclaimed quality as absolute rubbish. Their costs rises while their services gets worse over time!

I work from home so I use the internet every day. Almost daily the internet goes out for anywhere between 10 and 90 minutes. I have had 3 different technicians out here and they cannot seem to solve the problem. They've given new modems, we've purchased a new router, & they had us re-wire everything twice. Now they are saying the problem is the outside wires.

They are horribly backed up because lots of people have problems with their service. You have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. Som ...

Time Warner Cable customer service is a nightmare and no one knows what they are doing. We had 14 people come over to our apt to fix the internet, it took about 7 months of phone calls and headaches before the problem was mostly resolved. We had to pay for the seven months of service, even though the internet wasn't working. My sister and I had to spend 2 hours talking to someone before they decided to give us only 3 months of it free. the problems continued... and they changed the bill from $40 ...

Switched to Direct Tv and so far picture is awesome compared to Time Warner. DTV service is overall better and cheaper. Expensive, I had picture quality problems(especially with HD channels)

I ordered service and they will come to install phone, cable and TV in 14 days. They charged me on the day of ordering the service, before even having the installation. It sound to me unfair to pay more than 2 weeks before I even had the service. Other providers are usually charging at the end of the month of service. From the beginning, even before having service- it seems to be an unfair business done by Time Warner.

We were forced to use Time Warner because they have a monopoly over the location where our business is - I can see why they would want a monopoly because it is the only way that anyone would ever use them. It took 4 installations to install something that should have taken 1. Customer service regularly hangs up on customers "accidentally". A customer service worker just told us today on the phone that while he is telling us that he is 'taking notes' and will get back to us to rectify a bill. ...

I would have switched to Verizon, but they did not offer the internet service in my area. They overcharged us, they give you "free" packages then charge you without notice when the promotion is over rather than canceling or informing me, they schedule cable box pick up and did not show up then charged us, and they sent credit collection agencies after us without even sending us a bill! Their customer service is horrible too! They didn't even realize that they sent us a phone modem instead of one ...

I ' ve been with Timer Warner Road Runner for 10 years. The service has been great. Recently I added phone service and it also works great. The salesman sold me a package deal and without my consent lowered my Internet speed. This is a serious business mistake and negotiations lasted a few weeks until they made a fair deal with me. Time Warner has always been there to represent me and I do not believe the bad sale is common business practice.

The issue seems to be that most telephone services ...

Billing and customer service is a nightmare. No-one knows what anyone else is doing. I cancelled my service and had turned in my equipment and they continued to bill me for service. 20 calls later they said they figured it out. No dice. Am in collections. They are still looking in to it.

Be forewarned: this is the rant of all rants. As of writing this now, I only wanted to exchange my analog cable box for a digital one. And now am approaching 16+ hours I have wasted and STILL haven't received my dang digital box. How is that for customer service.I couldn't just exchange my old analog box for a new digital box because they had an issue with the account holder name. Their records were not updated, so they couldn't help me out at the store even though their customer service line sai ...

They installed a cable box that i couldnt get to work properly from the start and still charged $150 for installation. Then once informed of this they didn't return for two days. Oh also, the box was incorrect to begin , it was non-HD because they ran out of HD.

I would like to see a lot more good movies on tv and not have them interrupted by overtime sports. I would like to pick up the phone and call you and have a real person answer right away. Not a computer and not a non English speaking person and not wait 20-30 minutes.I would like to be treated as a customer!!~!!!I am 1 of millions that are dissatisfied, we add up quickI have paid for cable for 34-years.....

Don't get all the channels they say you'll get. The internet works half the time. The service is horrible. I have been dealing with this since 1996. 12 years. They say they'll be here the next day to fix the line. They never show up. They say you'll get credit from your $100.00 + bill for the bad service. Never happens. The worst service imaginable

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE. I usually have to wait for about 20 minutes while they put me on hold. When they answer the phone some of the receptionists know what they are talking about and each one of them tells me something different about my account. They make mistakes on my bill frequently and I just hate the whole service! 2 Thumbs down.

I am military member, always pay via autopay, as I deployed. I called and changed my services with timewarner (to min service) while I was deployed. The automatic billing was not conducted by TW and i was charged months of late fees and then disconnected. no mail was recv'd as the customer service rep that took my information for the service change, didn't put in the change of address. I called when I got the notice of disconnected services and gave them dates, names, actions complete and th ...

Mainly disappointed with the lack of local HD channels which the customer support knew nothing about.. In short after several calls and technician visits I still do not get channels which I pay for and unfortunately they are the only provider in this area.

I had Time Warner install cable and internet service in my house. The first guy they sent out used the only cable outlet we had upstairs for both the cable and internet service because he didn't feel like installing an extra outlet for the internet to use by itself like it was supposed to. He also left me a cable for downstairs because he didn't feel like taking the extra 2 minutes to screw the damn thing into the outlet himself.

After a few days, my internet quit working. I called customer s ...

I would of like to have known my purchase of a DVD recorder a year ago would have been able to record any channel on Time Warner (HBO, Cinemax, or any Digital Programs shows, news...). I thought it was the recorder having a problem but it looks like now it was TW blocking flexibility. However, when I first got TW cable I could record but after much research found out they changed on what a person could record, but not any longer, it seems many other people are upset about the same thing based on ...

Time Warner Cable has the worst customer service. Installed a defective box at the outset, took 3 weeks of missed appointments by their reps and screw ups before I simply cancelled service. Stay away, this is the worst offering out there!
