Good Points: Channel Selection
Bad Points: Everything Else
General comments: Billing and customer service is a nightmare. No-one knows what anyone else is doing. I cancelled my service and had turned in my equipment and they continued to bill me for service. 20 calls later they said they figured it out. No dice. Am in collections. They are still looking in to it.

Be forewarned: this is the rant of all rants. As of writing this now, I only wanted to exchange my analog cable box for a digital one. And now am approaching 16+ hours I have wasted and STILL haven't received my dang digital box. How is that for customer service.I couldn't just exchange my old analog box for a new digital box because they had an issue with the account holder name. Their records were not updated, so they couldn't help me out at the store even though their customer service line sai ...

They installed a cable box that i couldnt get to work properly from the start and still charged $150 for installation. Then once informed of this they didn't return for two days. Oh also, the box was incorrect to begin , it was non-HD because they ran out of HD.

I would like to see a lot more good movies on tv and not have them interrupted by overtime sports. I would like to pick up the phone and call you and have a real person answer right away. Not a computer and not a non English speaking person and not wait 20-30 minutes.I would like to be treated as a customer!!~!!!I am 1 of millions that are dissatisfied, we add up quickI have paid for cable for 34-years.....

Don't get all the channels they say you'll get. The internet works half the time. The service is horrible. I have been dealing with this since 1996. 12 years. They say they'll be here the next day to fix the line. They never show up. They say you'll get credit from your $100.00 + bill for the bad service. Never happens. The worst service imaginable

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE. I usually have to wait for about 20 minutes while they put me on hold. When they answer the phone some of the receptionists know what they are talking about and each one of them tells me something different about my account. They make mistakes on my bill frequently and I just hate the whole service! 2 Thumbs down.

I am military member, always pay via autopay, as I deployed. I called and changed my services with timewarner (to min service) while I was deployed. The automatic billing was not conducted by TW and i was charged months of late fees and then disconnected. no mail was recv'd as the customer service rep that took my information for the service change, didn't put in the change of address. I called when I got the notice of disconnected services and gave them dates, names, actions complete and th ...

Mainly disappointed with the lack of local HD channels which the customer support knew nothing about.. In short after several calls and technician visits I still do not get channels which I pay for and unfortunately they are the only provider in this area.

I had Time Warner install cable and internet service in my house. The first guy they sent out used the only cable outlet we had upstairs for both the cable and internet service because he didn't feel like installing an extra outlet for the internet to use by itself like it was supposed to. He also left me a cable for downstairs because he didn't feel like taking the extra 2 minutes to screw the damn thing into the outlet himself.
After a few days, my internet quit working. I called customer s ...

I would of like to have known my purchase of a DVD recorder a year ago would have been able to record any channel on Time Warner (HBO, Cinemax, or any Digital Programs shows, news...). I thought it was the recorder having a problem but it looks like now it was TW blocking flexibility. However, when I first got TW cable I could record but after much research found out they changed on what a person could record, but not any longer, it seems many other people are upset about the same thing based on ...

Time Warner Cable has the worst customer service. Installed a defective box at the outset, took 3 weeks of missed appointments by their reps and screw ups before I simply cancelled service. Stay away, this is the worst offering out there!

Time Warner is a perfect example of how pathetic and atrocious big business gets when any company has a total monopoly over a service region.
I have had cable television in Los Angeles for over 10 years. Never before have I been harassed for fractional late payments, had my cable actually cut off for partial overcharges, and daily phone calls hounding me for money.
My bill is approximately 150.00 a month for TV and internet. This company decided, not only to levee a late fee against ...

I took their package of phone cable and internet for $100 a month and that has been the worst experience I have so far. First they did not show on the schedule date to install. When I called the customer service they said that they could not make on that day and the next schedule they gave me was after 10 days. When finally they showed up the guy told me they ran out of the HD box. I bought HD TV just for the College Bowl game and because of Time Warner I could not watch the game on HD. I e ...

If you depend on the Internet or the phone to do business, don't use Time Warner Cable ALL-In-1! I've only been using All-in-1 for less than 4 weeks and had to schedule 3 tech visits! When All-in-1 failed, no phone, no Internet and no cable TV! I called tech support with my cell phone and was told that the tech will be at my house between 10-7, a 9-hour window! Also, an adult must be present when the tech arrives for any tech call.

I live in the Los Angeles Area and have had Time Warner Cable, Satellite Service, and DSL. By far, the choice here is Time Warner. First, the Road Runner service is by far the best service I have had. I have had it now over a year, and have yet to have one problem. Out here, appointments can be made in a 2 hour time frame from time warner, and I have yet to have someone show up late. The speed by far outweighs any of the other online services tried, including the horrible satellite modem ser ...

In New York Metropolitan area a few cable companies are providing DSL and Cable Modem. I have tried two companies and can definitely recommend one of them over the other. Earthlink broadband and Time Warner Broadband and cable television, both are serviced by Time Warner, however the quality of customer care and service one receives from Earthlink is a hundred times more efficient, concise, clear and polite than that of Time Warner.
The average wait time for a Customer Service :
Time Warner: ...
