    Bad Points: very bad delivery, they left the items downstair and refuse to transfer it to the 3rd floor. I've hired 3 personnel to left a treadmill and paid ₤60 for this, and I have no more to say

    Items ordered from website were out of stock this was not indicated at the time of sale. Seemingly inferior items sent without approval or discount. 2 weeks on still have not collected the wrong items or delivered my original order.
    I have managed to speak with someone when i have called to pursue the matter, however they continually refer me to a manager who I have never received a call back from yet.

    Fitness Megastore supply trampolines, exercise equipment, treadmills, exercise bikes, Rowing machines, home fitness equipment, sports equipments, skate board and other accessories. Excellent customer service, big on quality but small on prices, delivery on time. Total satisfaction.
