Good Points: Great teams for both ground work, and top,terrific finish
Bad Points: I could honestly, not fault them,regarding the planning and work carried out ,from start to finish.
General comments: The overall conservatory,from start to finish, took 2-weeks,very clean, punctual,and professional in every way

Ordered conservatory from conservatoryland beginning of July and they delivered it on the 16th. The thing I like best of all is the staff who are extremely pleasant and helpful. My husband took a week off work and fitted it himself with the help of our next door neighbour who was so impressed he's now ordered one for himself exactly the same as ours. It look brilliant and I've sent photos of it for them to put on their web site. Highly recommended company.

After sales service needs to improve. The door lock jammed and I had to drill it out to open the door and then fit a new lock that they had supplied I am also still waiting after 5 weeks and lots of phone calls for the correct fixing brackets for the downspout.

I feel that the brochure gave an honest description of the product supplied. Great to have a helpful and informative person on the end of the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Conservatoryland to anyone about to embark on a similar project.

Nothing wrong with ConservatoryLand or products and very friendly and helpful. Products are good also. They tend to be a little expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for in the end.

I am totally satisfied with my conservatory from conservatoryland and most impressed with the quality compared to the wickes one that my neighbour bought.
Best of all, it was so easy to put together and obviously designed for diy - it just couldn't be simpler and the instructions are pretty good. Highly recommended and anyone is welcome to see my conservatory.

ConservatoryLand's rep led us to expect great things, needless to say we are very let down. They will tell you everything is guaranteed for 10 years but look closer as glass is only covered for one. Very poor quality fittings but not cheap in price.

Being an experienced DIYer I assumed I would not have too much trouble with the construction, but I was very wrong. the 'instructions' are more like 'plans' and have very little guidance on how to put it together. It's probably OK if you have experienced, professional fitters, but that does not mean it is DIY!
I was promised more instructions on various aspects, but never received them.

Basically, everything great and no problems at all. Silicone sealant wasn't supplied though but it only cost a couple of pounds from B&Q. Highly professional and I would recommend ConservatoryLand.
