Good Points: Small, 3 ear pieces, can be used without ear ring
Bad Points: bad reception while on the move, especially in the cardoesn't connect automatically to both phonesNo information about the product on Plantronics site
General comments: I've bought one from Vodafone and I have such bad reception in the car that I had to switch back to my Parrot-through-the-in-car-audio-hands-free.Another bad thing is that it does not connect automatically to the both phones which are paired, authorised and have the bluetooth switched on.Already changed one piece and the second one will have the same faith. The phones are both Nokia, one E50 and one 3110 classic. From my tests it seems to work better with the E50 (which in my case is the "data" phone than with my 3110 which is my "voice" phone.

I bought this as a birthday present for my husband.
He followed instructions re: charging. However, when charging complete, the plastic charging socket surround fell out as the charger was disconnected. It was replaced and tested, and kept falling out. Clearly badly designed or manufactured, and quality control poor.
Back to Vodafone for a refund tomorrow - and a search for a replacement late birthday present!- Read Kay Pass2's review (76 words)
