Good Points: None.

Bad Points: Incorrect item sentNot interested in helping or even reimbursing difference in cost (2 items not the 4 ordered wrongly delivered)Did not bother to respond to Post Office letter asking for confirmation of non-delivery of returned item.

General comments: I ordered a pack of 4 toothbrush heads. A pack of two was delivered and on contacting SmileWithStyle they said they would send the correct pack when I returned the incorrect one. I did this the same day getting a receipt from the Post Office. SWS claims not to have received this and expected me to chase up the PO despite the original error being SWS's. I have done this and SWS have not bothered to reply to Post Office letter asking them to confirm non-delivery. I am now having to chase SWS once again!! They are either incompetent or worse...They need to get their act together and do something about their appalling customer relations.
