I really do enjoy Apples products - from my early iPod, my Apple TV and my iPhone - I couldn't be happier with their products. However, the one REALLY annoying part of the Apple eco-system is that iTunes. I've never 'got it' - I find it really unintuitive and generally hard work to do backups, restores etc via iTunes. I was hoping that I could do everything in the cloud with the new iCloud, however, you can't backup things like videos (which is the main reason I want to do a backup) so... (read more)

I think overall iTunes is just another great Apple product. I'm using the Windows version as I don't have an Apple Mac (yet). I never wanted to use iTunes it until I got an iPod Video 30GB and then for obvious reasons I had to install it. Being a Windows Media Player 11 user before, it was slightly different, but after getting used to the long list of songs rather than the nice Media Player way of organising my music collection and discovering the mode where you can scroll left and right...
