    I was with Orange and when I moved from windows to mac I found them really not able to offer any useful help. I had no email and thier solution was to keep downloading a file. Moved to Macace, email did not work rang them up got straight through to a person 10 mins later email working. They are simply just the best if you use AppleMac. Also a proper telephone number that can be used in 'free' minutes on your phone. Would recommend to anyone fed up with second rate service from the major ISP's

    I'm very happy I migrated. My previous ISP - highly-rated, as I said above - was increasingly using "off-the-shelf" responses to any message they were sent. It was as if they were saying, "We're too busy actually to read your message but it looks vaguely as if it's about such-and-such so we'll send you standard-reply number 147."MacAce is staffed by real human beings, and while I'm sure there are times when they think, "Oh no, not him again!" there is no hint of that in their responses: nothing ...

    Human support, no long queues or menus to navigate and they speak and plain English, never patronise and know their stuff. Very reliable and no noticeable speed degradation at peak times.
    I can't recommend them enough. I'm about to move my web site over to their hosting services.

    Would recommend to anyone with a Mac. These guys really know about Macs and are invaluable in their assistance, support and competence.
