Good Points: Exceptional customer service.
Bad Points: Well, it's a shade more expensive than I was paying, but then, my previous (highly rated) ISP seemed to find ways of adding odd charges for this, that and the other. With MacAce you get what you pay for.
General comments: I'm very happy I migrated. My previous ISP - highly-rated, as I said above - was increasingly using "off-the-shelf" responses to any message they were sent. It was as if they were saying, "We're too busy actually to read your message but it looks vaguely as if it's about such-and-such so we'll send you standard-reply number 147."MacAce is staffed by real human beings, and while I'm sure there are times when they think, "Oh no, not him again!" there is no hint of that in their responses: nothing seems too much trouble for them.

Human support, no long queues or menus to navigate and they speak and plain English, never patronise and know their stuff. Very reliable and no noticeable speed degradation at peak times.
I can't recommend them enough. I'm about to move my web site over to their hosting services.
