    I contacted No Wet, Waterless as I saw their advert on their van. My car was valated at under an hour and in my opinion less than half was cleaned. I called NOW to complain and met with them to complete the work. After a further 10 mins and still not all was even touched, we left in disgust. I have since contacted the company but to no avail, they are just ignoring my emails. So in my opinion not only are the cleaning service poor, the aftercare/customer service is just as poor. Will never use or recommend No Wet, Waterless. I would have liked to know that the car does not have that new smell, which is what I was after, and that will be very damp for days.
