    this is one of the better company's out there on the Internet we get our order on time every time the price is the best on the net and customer service is up to a high standard ,and with a great rang of products we give Tool-net full star rating from the happyhutch company,

    Price was way better than any others I could find and the goods arrived promptly. Unfortunately they had been damaged in transit - not the fault of Tool-Net as the item was dispatched direct from the manufacturer. The courier initially attempted to deny their liability but Tool-Net sorted the problem out with the courier directly. This was not simple. The courier had left the item unsigned for and apparently attempted to make up stories about why they had done this.

    This is a top notch company providing nuts, bolts, fixings etc with quality at seriously unbeatable prices. I produce a simple product that requires a number of small hardwear components and Tool.Net are the best provider for value, quality and customer care that I have discovered in over two years of looking around.     I was looking to buy these bolts for a building project - and was amazed how expensive they were - but then I found them on Tool-net for about half the price I had seen elsewhere. The service was prompt - easy to sort out and efficient. I needed a VAT receipt and on request had it by return of email in a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this to friends - in fact have already done so, and will most certainly be using them again.

    We struggled to find what we wanted, but when we came across the tool-net website it was so easy, very proffessional and competent
    would definately use the website again, and more importantly we would certainly pass the details on to our customers looking for quality hand tools at competitive pricing.

    I ordered a sander online and the one I wanted was not in stock, tool net called me to let me know this and offered me a more expensive replacement for the same price, I also got the goods in very quick time, it was a pleasure to deal with you.

    Excellent web site and the service was superb, I am very pleased with this heater, we have a large work space and were looking for a solution, this works well. This heater does not waste energy heating the air and keeps our work force warm, what more can you ask !

    These guys were fantastic, there price was the best i could find anywhere, and because i needed this item fast they had it dispatched straight from Dewalt to me by 9.30 the next day, and postage was really cheap, i can't fault these guys and would certainly use them again

    I ordered a bosch 36v drill as they offered a 3rd battery free. The drill arrived within 2 days and was impressed. However when i opened the box i found that they had sent me the cheaper drill and there was no 3rd battery. They responded with sorry we will exchange it 1 week later and having friends wait in for delivery no drill.

    good customer service, questionable pricing practices...

    initially quite disappointed as the very attractive price on the website turned out to be out of date which i was told only after the order was accepted! after an exchange, tool-net offered a reasonable deal to compensate for the hike though.

    overall impression good although would expect that the website is ALWAYS up to date with the pricing.

    I live in New York City and have a country home in rural Spain. Tools are very expensive in Spain, but because of the different electric currents, I can't bring US tools to Spain and have them work as they should. I found the sander I wanted at tool-net, and even with the shipping costs it was cheaper to buy it in England than what I would have spent for it in Spain.     First of all it is great that living in France I can order from Tool-net. The prices are competive and their range is far better than what I can get in France, of course the exchange rate helps too. However the shipping cost I found excessive (17£ for 3kilos!) compared to other companies like Amazon.UK, Lands-End and even smaller companies.     I recently purchased a Nail gun from tool net and was very impressed by the service and speedy delivery that they offer. The web site is simple and easy to use while offering a wide range of affordable, quality products. I placed my order online then confirmed it over the phone where I was answered by a friendly helpful sales person.
    The item was delivered on time and I am very happy with my purchase.

    Helpful and Friendly when I called for advice/help. Goods arrived quickly and in perfect wokring order. All in all a good service provided, would recommend Tool Net to a friend. Will also use in future myself for more nails for the nail gun and other tools.

    The service was very good and the guys at tool-net were very friendly. the only thing is there was a postal delay which really annoyed me, maybe they should offer some other methods of delivery
