    Good Points: Laing build larger properties per house types. Good Quality finish on properties upto 1996-7.

    Bad Points: Poor quality and service.

    General comments: Laing Homes for me have been poor. I have seen some of the older properties they build and they seemed good. In the London/South area, the quality of build, customer care and general running of the company have become poor now though. I'm unhappy living in my Laing Home!
