Good Points: Location and architectural style
General comments: No effective supervision of workforce or sub contractors
Developers strong on salesmanship but evasive on several important points. "Customer Services" did try to rectify some faults, but overall management remote

Laing Homes for me have been poor. I have seen some of the older properties they build and they seemed good. In the London/South area, the quality of build, customer care and general running of the company have become poor now though. I'm unhappy living in my Laing Home!- Read Guest's review (68 words)
