    Iv just brought a home from them Barratt Homes and i think they where amazing, they do everything for you, which as a first time buyer is great and they let you know about everything thats going on, they dont just leave you in the dark. The houses are perfect for young couples like my partner and i, wanting to get on to the ladder, which no one else is doing and the houses are all far to expensive.

    I think they look mordern and trendy, unlike some of the ugly looking houses that can be found around the area.

    I think they are great and cant find one bad thing against them

    Excellent customer service. Barratt also give an outstanding finish to their houses. I have bought two barratt homes and definitely consider them the best house builder on this planet. I wouldn't buy with anyone else.
    From the moment of reservation, everything was easy. I was well looked after and was kept informed at every point of my sale. Very friendly and bubbly staff. Would highly reccommend to anyone who is looking for a new property.

    My main complaint about Barrett is that the houses they build all look the same, they are either too small or if you want a decent size house, too expensive. Many of the brand new homes I have looked at are in my opinion of a boring design, way too small (it's like living in a box) and also way too close together, to me it looks like you would be living on an animal market with houses so closely crammed together. Looking for anything which I would consider a family size home is hard, but when yo ...
