General comments: Excellent customer service. Barratt also give an outstanding finish to their houses. I have bought two barratt homes and definitely consider them the best house builder on this planet. I wouldn't buy with anyone else.
From the moment of reservation, everything was easy. I was well looked after and was kept informed at every point of my sale. Very friendly and bubbly staff. Would highly reccommend to anyone who is looking for a new property.

My main complaint about Barrett is that the houses they build all look the same, they are either too small or if you want a decent size house, too expensive. Many of the brand new homes I have looked at are in my opinion of a boring design, way too small (it's like living in a box) and also way too close together, to me it looks like you would be living on an animal market with houses so closely crammed together. Looking for anything which I would consider a family size home is hard, but when yo ...
