Good Points: None.
Bad Points: Cheap materials, Poor Service, Poor Quality.
General comments: We found that cheap materials were used throughout our house, I can only think their plumber had one arm as most joints have not been tightened enough to my liking. The roofing tiles had been spaced out in such a way as to cover the roof but not manage to keep out the weather. All the internal doors fit in the summer but stick in the winter. I once had Ducks in my back garden Swimming Three days After it stopped raining, but its ok the site agent said, the draining is apparently OK. We've got a NHBC 10 year building warranty - what is it worth?

Leaking roof on my Bryant Home due to bad chimney construction. leaking ensuite due to bad structure. Leaking into garage due to bad construction.
