    bryant homes use cheap material mdf skirting boards and mdf door frames
    my friend bought house recently brick looking house and found out rendered house on completion.
    there are few leeks. they charged £25 each tiles and about £1700 for couple of hundred tiles
    they never listened and try to blame you

    We have had problems with leaks in our property from Bryant Homes - although they have been fixed - getting compensation for damages is proving a nightmare - although they have accepted liability - the complaints and after care service is less than poor -

    I bought from Bryant homes about a year ago on a nearly built development in south Cheshire. The homes compared to the other house builders looked much better quality and were surrounded by large areas of open space this quality though came at a price for a first time buyer like me. It cost me £165,000 for a 3 bed house.

    We moved in to our Bryant home last June after arranging a part exchange. We got a good deal with a part exchange, the stamp duty was paid for an incentive and I even managed to negotiate a couple of thousand to go toward carpeting. The arrangement went through and we had moved into the house in the planned 6 weeks.Before moving in we had a tour around and was shown how to work things like the heating and cooker and at the same time was asked to point out anything we saw that we were not happy w ...

    We found that cheap materials were used throughout our house, I can only think their plumber had one arm as most joints have not been tightened enough to my liking. The roofing tiles had been spaced out in such a way as to cover the roof but not manage to keep out the weather. All the internal doors fit in the summer but stick in the winter. I once had Ducks in my back garden Swimming Three days After it stopped raining, but its ok the site agent said, the draining is apparently OK. We've got a ...

    Leaking roof on my Bryant Home due to bad chimney construction. leaking ensuite due to bad structure. Leaking into garage due to bad construction.
