At first, I had a bad experience. But I sent a complaint, and your staff took care of it very fast. You acknowledged where you messed up, and fixed the problem by ending a bouquet that was right. Flower ordering etc was straightforward.The flowers as delivered matched the advertised arrangement, as the recipient emailed me photos. She also said that they were beautiful (good, an expensive gift!) The flowers were delivered on the due date, however I was not emailed by Floraqueen to confirm delivery, so the next day I was worried that they had not been received on the expected date. Well I got really worried after getting an email saying my payment was refused. I thought it might be a scam and saw all these terrible comments. Looking at the poor reviews below (after placing my order) I was sceptical as to whether theis company was legitimate. The flowers however were delivered on time to Australia (ordered from the UK) - well done, but the quality was very poor and did not look 'as advertised' (there were far fewer flowers - less than half those on the picture online). I placed an order to Dubrovnik, Croatia.
From FloraQueen's side everything went smooth, but the following issues were presented:
1) the invoice states a sum higher than the one I payed (the discount code is not seen), and I cannot see the VAT amount paid - so probably some attempts to circumvent spanish fiscal law.
and from the local florist side:
1) The order was confirmed by the florist after 20 hours of posting the order.

I placed an order for an orange bouquet of flowers to be sent from the UK to France. I found the website easy to use and the choice of flowers more extensive than other companies. I placed and order to the value of £46.00 using my credit card but was charged £48.11.
