I am extremely dissatisified with my recent order with Floraqueen. I originally placed my order on 10/5/14 with an expected delivery date of 11/5/14. After it was not delivered that date, I submitted an inquiry and I was informed that my order would be delayed and delivered on 12/5/14. “Worst service I have ever come across”

I am so angry, last week I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday which is today. My special request was to deliver them between 11 and 3.30pm on the 31st of March. Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. Received confirmation that my order would be delivered on the appropriate day. On the morning of Mother's Day received further email saying my order was being prepared and would arrive on time. Received a third email saying that my order would not be delivered after all and they would instead offer to deliver it the following day. Ordered and paid for the flowers on Saturday, delivery for my father's funeral overseas on the Monday, emailed the customer service not once but twice to enquire if delivery was made. First email was ignored, second email received a reply advising me they were to contact the local floral company to confirm delivery and email me shortly, more than 24 hours later still no email. I ordered flowers last week to be sent abroad and to be delvered last Thursday to my daughter-in-law on the birth of our first grandchild. The flowers were never received.
