This kind of companies should just disappear. Managers probably don't care at all about the service they provide and just pay badly their own employees, who don't care at all about their job. That said, my experience: 8th anniversary with my wife, flowers leave floraqueen's office and 12 hours later, no update. Floraqueen does nothing. Two tickets on website, floraqueen does nothing. Do not use this company-not to be trusted. Customer service not in existence. No communication, company do not provide any contact point neither phone or email and very few company details. We are in the 21st. century! How are they getting away with this! Payment systems ad hoc and unreliable. Bank flagged up security. Tried to cancel order but totally ignored. I asked what information was missing but no one replied me for like a week. “Had to Threaten t o Stop Payment on Credit Card for...”

This company ran me around. First, my address was wrong, Then, they were out of the flowers we selected from their website. Then they asked, "oh, did you confirm that you really wanted us to deliver those color of replacement flowers?" I ordered some flowers from Flora Queen to be delivered to my mother on mothers day in Switzerland. I was emailed to say the flowers had been dispatched, and would be delivered between the hours of 9am and 2pm. My mum waited in all day, but they did not arrive. “Cheap inferior flowers, nothing like described!”

Ordered $125 flowers for a B-day delivery to a friend in Kazakhstan. They charged my card and did not even try to deliver. Next day I received a message saying that the husband of the recipient refused delivery over the phone. It was a complete lie. They never called.
