“Cheap inferior flowers, nothing like described!”

I want to start by saying that I think the positive 'one line' reviews are indeed written by the company themselves - this would seem typical of a company that cannot respond to emails that infact all they can manage is one line perfect reviews. “Flowers never delivered”

I ordered some flowers for my mum's 75th birthday. Unfortunately the flowers never arrived, to the great disappointment of my mum. After 3 messages and 3 days later, Floraqueen have not yet bothered to answer. I have asked for a refund to be sent asap but the only thing I can hear from them is.......silence! The even more annoying thing is that it says "delivered" on my order. Ordered $125 flowers for a B-day delivery to a friend in Kazakhstan. They charged my card and did not even try to deliver. Next day I received a message saying that the husband of the recipient refused delivery over the phone. It was a complete lie. They never called. On Thursday late July I ordered a 'Cesto Silvestre' (big basket of flowers) from Los Angeles to be delivered near Bergamo (Italy7)' I requested it be delivered on a Monday. I've ordered a flower to be delivered to my wife in Madrid for our 6th year anniversary because I am back in the UK for work. They are in the North of Madrid and the delivery went to the south of Madrid. The courier phoned up my niece but cant answer her back as to how they can deliver to the right address.. I never got confirmation of the order from them. I got a PayPal transaction ID but nothing from them. After contacting, they said there is no order, so I provided the PayPal transaction ID and they still can't find it! Ridiculous!!! I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. In case of flower delivery the specified date is most importnat factor. The flowers were not delivered on chosen date nor was any warning of problens sent to me. That's outrageous! I asked for refund and was told it would be transfered in 7 business days. The bouquet was delivered a day late but the bouquet itself was a disappointment and upsetting. I paid for a deluxe bouquet but I got a very ordinary one which it did not even look like a classic bouquet( Classic is the smallest and cheapest of the 3 options and Deluxe is the more expensive and bigger).
