Good Points: Seemed good value and reasonable choice
General comments: Flora Queen apparently failed to deliver the flowers to the right address. My friends never received the bouquet and despite several e-mails from myself to customer services, I have still received nothing and not had an apology.
It is very frustrating (and slightly alarming) that Flora Queen do not appear to have an e-mail or telephone number to contact on the website. It makes me wonder how many other complaints they have had?

I am totally dissapointed! I live in Australia and ordered flowers and chocalates to my girlfriend in Geneva through floraqueen on 18/09/08, it is now 22/09/08 and although I have a confirmation email that the order was delivered, my girlfriend still has not received it!
This gift was for a very emotional occasion and I feel very let down. I will never use this service again, and am now in the process of recouperating my money. Also, there doesn't seem to be a contact phone number to ring and co ...

Ordered flowers to be received overseas. As the recipient was leaving for holidays they did not accept the flowers in good faith that I would not be charged. I was however charged the full amount which was in excess of 100,00 EUR's. I understand that there were expenses involved with placing the order which I would have been prepared to pay. Flowers arrived completely on time, extremely lovely bouquet with very expensive flowers even though we only ordered a simple mixed flower bouquet, lovely card with exactly the words and all names mentioned that we asked for...the web-site is very generously created and easy to understand.

My son sent me to France from England Perfect Sunrise advertised on website for France at 29eu. When you come to buy it is 44eu + 4 eu for phone call making it 48eu. I thought for this money it was a very poor bouquet indeed. I wouldn't encourage anyone to use this site.

Ok here is the story of Flora Queen. I was sending flowers for my parents last year to my mums birthday. So far so good everything went very well. But after two weeks the florist was asking for the money for the service? I already paid for the service via my card with Floraqueen. It was very embarassing because my parents thought they had to pay for the flowers that were actually a birthday present.

Flowers not delivered on the day promised and after complaint the flowers delivered were cheap looking yellow plants - not the 2 pink orchids I ordered! Experienced poor customer service - just refer to substitution policy which seems so broad that they may as well not have photos. I feel Flora Queen have taken money without supplying what I ordered.

I just signed up for a corporate account. The customer services were very helpful and professional and did a great job on some very late, same day delivery orders. I really appreciate it when a company is prepared do that little extra for its customers. That is why I give floraqueen 10 points.

I want to rate the company floraqueen.com. Floraqueen is an online florist with awsome flowers on the website. I ordered flowers before and I'm going to keep on ordering. I think they deliver to all countries in the world so for international delivery floraqueen is the place to be.

For sending flowers I usually use this company. Some websites are a little cheaper but often they send flowers in a box. When I order with this company I am sure that the flowers are delivered by a local florist. That 's why I rate this company with.....10 point! .-) Have a look yourself.

Read the web site carefully. Buried in their web pages is a small note about them not having to fill your order as requested. They have beautiful pictures on the Website. But they indicate that they cannot guarantee that you order will look like the picture of what you ordered. I just ordered a large bouquet of Tulips for my fiancee's birthday. Are there still people that experienced poor service like in the old reviews? I always use Flora Queen for sending flowers with no problems. They deliver on time and the flowers are fresh like promised. I can recommend it to all.

For my parents silver wedding I ordered a bouquet on the floraqueen website. The next day I spoke my mother on the phone and she was crying tears of joy holding a beautiful bouquet of roses. I will definitely order again with this website.

My overall rating for this website is a 9! I have been looking for a website with nice stylish flowers for a while... Most companies have those cheap flowers that most of the times only last on or two day. Not something you want to send to your wife or girlfriend. For good quality flowers I can recommend it to all!

I found Flora Queen when I was looking for a way to send flowers to Italy. In think the flowers on the floraqueen website are by fare the best looking. When I spoke my friend later he told me that the flowers were the most beautiful roses he had ever seen. When you are looking for something special I can recommend it to all.

Last week I ordered flowers for my wife on floraqueens website. I placed my order at 4 o'clock PM for delivery next day. The next morning at 11 I got a phone call from my wife thanking me for the beautiful flowers. I almost forgot the amazing effect flowers have on people. Good service and flowers for a very reasonable price (only 29 Euro).
