My experience with Floraqueen is the same unhappy one as the other reviewers: delivery (in Prague) not made, poor excuses given, and no way to reach anyone to sort it out. I am mad at myself for not checking on them ahead of time; had I seen the reviews I would have never given them my money on trust. Live and learn ......

I had a simular experience to others on this site, I ordered a large and expensive bunch of flowers from Floraqueen only to have a small and pathetic bunch delivered to my girlfriend. Their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is simply not the case either, they decided as I had received the flowers (irrespective of the size and quality) then I would only be give a refund of roughly 25%. Not good enough! It wasnt what I ordered, not even close.

I ordered 4 baskets of flowers for a funeral in Germany. They delivered 3 and billed for 4. They even got the notes wrong. When I emailed them about the missing flowers they wrote me that they never charged my card. There is no number to call them and they refused to respond to my emails. I finally had to file a dispute with my card company and had the charge removed from my card. Dont't trust them.

Flowers were never delivered... they claimed it was because I didn't provide recipient's phone number. The recipient was in a hotel so I had instead provided the hotel's phone number. Floraqueen claimed the hotel doesn't accept orders for their guests. I called the hotel and they disagreed, saying no attempt was ever made to deliver the flowers.

No flowers, no refund. Floraqueen is a horrible business to deal with.

Hi,
I did pay $97 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered in Sweden on September 18. The flowers were not delivered and they took my money and not willing to refund it back. I emailed them since then almost daily and I received only one response back on Sept 23rd that I provided wrong address and wrong phone number. I order flowers to be delivered in Germany, they were delivered like 4 days after the date requested and also 2 months later my sister had the florist again at her address asking for the payment since floraqueen didnt pay the florist!!! this is unacceptable!! after a delay now the money i paid was never given to the florist???? and my sister was disturbed and had to pay for the flowers that supposedly were a present ....awful service

Disgusted with the Flora Queen service, failed to deliver, failed to notify and overcharged and only refunded part of my payment. I will never use them again. I would give them a '0' rating if possible

I placed an order to Dubrovnik, Croatia.
From FloraQueen's side everything went smooth, but the following issues were presented:

1) the invoice states a sum higher than the one I payed (the discount code is not seen), and I cannot see the VAT amount paid - so probably some attempts to circumvent spanish fiscal law.

and from the local florist side:

1) The order was confirmed by the florist after 20 hours of posting the order.

I ordered a bunch of lillies and roses for my cousin for her birthday .I placed the order 2 days before so they had all the time of this world to deliver the flowers in time.
I asked for the flowers to be delivered before 1.00 p.m and the day of the delivery I received and e-mail by Flora QUeen saying that the flowers were about to be delivered and they would be delivered as I asked before 1 p.m ,well I'm still waiting and waiting and waiting for the flowers to arrive.

I used Flora Queen to send flowers to my mum in Australia, and then I realized I could have sent a cheaper present using other websites. Also, their customer service is non existent. I ordered chocolates and my mother got a normal chocolate bar. I didn't like the fact that there was no clue whatsoever on how much VAT I was paying and how much was for the goods I was buying. What's more, they guarantee delivery before noon, and my mother got the flowers in the evening.

I ordered a bouquet for my parents in Greece from Flora Queen - they never received it I was forced to ask and they told me it was not recvd. I sent the customer service e-mail THREE times and no reponse! I wish I saw the reviewes ahead of time!

Never place an order with Flora Queen. The website looks ok but the service is garbage.

I live in England and found them on Google when searching for florists that would deliver in Ireland (for my parents golder wedding anniversary). I left clear instructions and contact details. I received two emails confirming that my bouquet wuld be delivered. The flowers never arrived. I placed an order for an orange bouquet of flowers to be sent from the UK to France. I found the website easy to use and the choice of flowers more extensive than other companies. I placed and order to the value of £46.00 using my credit card but was charged £48.11.

Despite all that I have read on some websites, I have found the service level of FloraQueen (namely, the Paris affiliate) impressive. I have ordered a bouquet and it arrived on time, fresh, and the staff made effort to be in contact with my receipient even when he was on the go, to make sure his bouquet was delivered within the given time frame! Although Flora Queen failed to deliver on time when I phoned the company I got a really nice man who was a real help and managed to get things sorted out and they were delivered that night. Their help line does really help and you arent left waiting on the other end of the phone for ages as they have quick service. If your nice to the people on the other end of the phone they are far more willing to help as well!
The flowers which came were lovely and my parents are delighted with them.

My sister and I ordered flowers for our parents anniversary from flora queen. We ordered nearly £50 worht of flowers and are still waiting for them to be delivered. Our parents are away in Italy for their anniversary and we decided it would be a nice surprise. We have ended up having to tell them and ruin the surprise. The phone number is not available on their website but i found it on Google Maps.

My parents are in Italy on holiday, it was their silver anniversary yesterday so the family decided to club together to get flowers and chocolates for them. this together cost around £50. The Flora Queen flowers failed to be delivered yesterday, I have sent 4 emails now all of which have been ignored. The delivery status says that that flowers where delivered but they have not been. We have been completly ripped of and definatly will not be ordering from there again. its really dissapointi ...
