Ordered a vased arrangement. Beautiful same day flowers loved by the recipient but smaller than expected based on the website. Friends thought the same. I contacted the company who said dimentions were given ...so whilst beautiful i would recommend checking the details.

Was the first time using this service I usually use moon pigs or next flowers but thought I'd try someone different for a change. I ordered the red roses and pink lilies with birthday balloon and chocolates extra totalling around 55pounds. You can't goose ur time slots or ask for ur flowers to be delivered at a time of day of your choice the recipient has to wait between 9-5pm The flowers along with everything else did arrive but none of the lilies were open and none of them even opened at all the next few days after. The personal message was hand written and wasn't so clear to the recipient. The chocolates were nice though but honestly won't order from here again il stick to moon pig :)
