Used to be a loyal customer, but last order was horrible and their customer service team were not helpful. After Mother's Day they got a heap of bad feedback on their Facebook page for missing orders so they disabled the ability for customers to post which shows how much they value feedback. Paid $100 for flowers to be delivared on mothers day. They claim flowers were delivared but no flowers arrived. When I called the following day the customer service representative was awful and tried explain she could not do anything about it. When her manager got on the phone she said she would see if the florist would agree to re delivar the flowers again. It was the worst mothers day it was awful. I would never use the company again nor would I recomend anyone using them. (read more)

I ordered flowers for my wife. I thought it would be good to include one of the extras on offer, so i ordered a box of chocolates. They charged me but never delivered the chocs. I feel like a bit of a sucker. (read more)

We live in Adelaide and mum had op in Sydney. Hated not being there to help and support for op and recovery. The flowers just made us feel like let her know we were thinking of her. We don't usually do things like that, so would definitely surprised and so colourful and bright. So easyflowers really made her day. They easy for me to order and pay for. The one thing I noticed with Easy Flowers is that their web site is not cluttered with too much information. The web site is easy to search and choose the right product. And of course, they deliver when you want it (time specified) and where you want it. Very prompt service. (read more)

Having viewed the photo of the Bernice arrangement on line I was disappointed to see the actual arrangement at the funeral. Although I recognised the arrangement, I thought it was a meagre number of flowers with spaces where more flowers should have been placed to look like the one displayed on line. (read more)

I am so pleased with the service this company has given. Having ordered flowers from the UK to send to my mother in Tasmania I was slightly worried that they may not get there. Mum was thrilled with them and I am happy. I shall use Easy Flowers Australia again. Thanks (read more)

Ordered my flowers on line to my sister who has moved from sydney to Lennox Head and who needed a pick me up as she was missing all her family and friends. Ordered one day delivered the next day without any problems. They were soooo lovely my sister said they made her feel happier. Thankyou. (read more)

My partner organised flowers a week ago to be sent to me at work for Valentines Day.. I waited until after 5pm and they never came. He tried calling them but the number was busy and then closed after 5pm. When he spoke to them today they showed no remorse and had the worst attitude and no real explanation as to why! He got a refund because of course didn't want to give them any of his money. Seriously, if you offer a service, then you should deliver! Especially Valentines Day of all days!!... (read more)

Placed order online for my friends 30th that lives in WA, I’m in Victoria. No mention that vase in picture WOULD NOT be included until after I had paid and received e-mail confirmation of order where I was then advised to call if I wanted to add the vase at an extra cost, ridiculous! Called on delivery day to find out when flowers would be delivered, was told 30 minutes, then 1 hour, 4 hours later the flowers were delivered. Thought I would spend my money with an Australian company to purchase some Valentines day roses to be delivered this year... big mistake. Received the "Sadly, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have been advised that your order could not be delivered" Just what you want to hear at 2pm on Valentines day, aren't florists prepared for their biggest day of the year??? My name is Brian.im from Scotland,and i have only used Easyflowers twice,both times to send flowers to my sister in Oz,and i have to say,that on both occasions,flowers were delivered on time and that my sister was very very happy with what she recieved.
Overall,i highly rate Easyflowers and will never hesitate to use them again in the future.

Ordered tulips for my wife (wedding anniversary) and got them but nothing like the picture on the website. If i wait 2 more days maybe they'll open up and we'll see real flowers otherwise it was just a bunch of green sticks. Never heard from them when I complained. It's a total rip off and disappointment...don't waste your money. Do your research before choosing a provider. (read more)

amazing, I finally found a florist website near my region, I am from Indonesia, and this website are from Australia region, we are a close neighbor.
