“Diamond Wedding Anniversary”

Ordered the classic roses in hot pink looked beautiful in the book 35 roses from red to pink, ordering in the store was an experience in its self took over 45 mins. I wanted them sent to the Imperial Hotel at Torquay as we were all staying there for the weekend, duly delivered on the day (I thought perfect) until they appeared in the room 5 broken and hanging the rest were all brown around the edges, they were put into water immediately on arrival by the hotel staff, but unfortunately died… Read Full Review

“Birthday flowers not arrived”

Ordered my twin sister a flowers for her birthday, 3 days ahead of her birthday (website says order 6pm the night before and they are delivered- really don't think so). Flowers did not arrive. When I called M&S about this they could not be sent until 4 days later disgusting. “Mother's Day Flowers”

My daughter who lives in New Zealand arranged for a bouquet of roses to be delivered on Mother's Day from Marks and Spencer. I followed the instructions about trimming etc. I am extremely disappointed that after only 1 day the flowers started wilting rapidly - what do I tell her?? Flowers from my son arrived at 4pm on mothers day from marks and spencer. They came in a box, the leaves on most of the flowers were wilting. The rose stems had two of the heads lying at the bottom of the box. The flowers on the stock were withered and there was no plant food included. Purchased a £25.00 bouquet of flowers from my local store for my mother for Mothers Day. They did look lovely, roses and orchids all in a water filled container. The delivery people have left them in someone else's porch (they've given us photo evidence of this mystery door so at least my husband should get his money back). Receiving my rose and lily bouquet at 4pm on Morhers Day was hugely disappointing. Yes I know it's a busy day but mothers look forward to receiving their flowers ..... By 4 pm I'd totally lost interest. Especially since the 'no water' idea is ludicrous .... The roses look jaded .... Fully open but desperate for a drink with crinkled petals and drooping leaves. My lovely family arranged for some flowers to be delivered for Mothers Day. They arrived yesterday. We heard a thump and the box had been dumped on the doorstep, the courier couldn't be bothered to ring the doorbell or close the gate. A card inside the box announced there was no water, probably why the flowers were dead. It would take more than the packet of plant food to revive them. They went straight in the dustbin.
