I came across iflorist on Google when looking for a same day delivery flower company and ordered some flowers for a friend near Southampton. After ordering I came across lots of bad reviews about the company with poor delivery service and unsatisfactory bouquets so I began to get a bit concerned when I received a confirmation of delivery email and my friend had not yet received her flowers. However less than 2 hours after placing my order my friend received her flowers which were beautiful and just like picture on the website. The costumer services were also very prompt and helpful in getting back to me when I contacted them. Great flowers, service and price! Don't know why they have had so many poor reviews.

I had ordered flowers for my sons teacher at end of term, using a living social discount voucher. I didn't realise they were courier delivered flowers though and after reading a lot of negative reviews online was really worried that the flowers either wouldn't arrive or would be crushed/broken/not what was ordered... I contacted iflorist with my concerns abiut the delivery and they couldn't have been more helpful - they responded quickly, were polite and they upgraded my delivery at no extra cost to ensure that the flowers would be delivered by the end of the school day. Although I havent actually seen the flowers the teacher made a point of seeking me out at school home time to say thank you and said they were absolutely beautiful... so that's good enough for me... one very happy teacher = one very happy iflorist customer!

After ready the reviews I was slightly conconcerned but credit where credit is due the flowers turned up in perfect condition with a card and some chocolates. Thanks for a great service

I ordered two lots of flowers for my sister who is about to turn 60. She lives in Belgium so I looked on the internet and found Iflorist. I placed the order and crossed my fingers. I asked for them to be delivered on the Tuesday and on the Tuesday morning I received a text from my sister saying that she had a lovely surprise. I contacted her to ask what they were like and she said they were lovely and well packaged. I had ordered flowers to Whitby direct through the florist and they cost more both for the flowers and delivery. A very satisfied customer.

The flowers were delivered on time to a foreign country, with constant feedback from the company on the whereabouts of the gift. Would defiantly use them again.

I had flowers delivered via a courier that my niece ordered for her nan. Unfortunately the flowers that came were not nice at all - in fact they were pretty withered and didn't look the best, plus the box they came in stank of smoke!!! Being a non smoker this is extremely unacceptable (unacceptable to anyone I would imagine). Anyway I rang iflorist to find out who the florist was and was told it was a postal order, thus not supplied by a local business. Well the lady on the phone at HQ arranged for another bouquet to be delivered with 2hours by a local florist and they were absolutely beautiful. My advice is use iflorist for your orders but not a parcel post as I guess this comes from a warehouse, that way you know the flowers are coming from a local business. Thus giving business to the local areas. I don't know if I can name the florist but I live in Essex area near the coast. Would recommend and def use again.

Yeah best flower shop ever, beautiful flowers, fantastic service, you can't find anywhere better. Beautiful phone operators with a smile every time . Flowers freshly picked day before delivery, if flowers not delivered they will give you a 300 % gurantee. Flowers ordered and delivered every time without failed. So buy with confidence . Must be the best flower shop in universe!!

Ordered a bouquet for my dad's funeral to be delivered straight to funeral director, flowers were lovely and just as the picture showed and were delivered before lunch on day specified no problems at all.

After reading reviews on here after having ordered my Mum the "lemon sorbet" for Mother's Day I did start to panic but I've just been told she received them, on time, nicely presented, with the free card all exactly as I ordered. The flowers smell great and some are even still buds so they will last a while. I do not understand all the negative reviews. Firstly because my experience was GREAT. Secondly, if you pay less than high street prices you take your chance...?

This is the first time I have sent flowers abroad. I ordered flowers on 22 May for delivery on 24 May from Scotland for delivery to Canada. Flowers were delivered promptly on requested date and my friends are delighted with them and sent me pictures. Flowers appear colourful and fresh. I would certainly use iflorist again. Iflorist also sent me emails to keep me posted about the tracking of my order.

I received a fantastic bunch of flowers today for my birthday. They were delivered by a really nice lady. They smelt fantastic and they were the nicest bunch I have ever received.
