Please spend your money and buy some flowers from Iflorist because they need the money for Easter If you don't buy then they will go bust after Easter. The more you spend the more they will merry you. The more you spend the more chance of a delivery The less you spend the less chance of a delivery. If flowers not delivered then they will give you £5 vouchers for next 2 times to spend. Please don't complain they will not answer the phone . “Mothers Day Flowers”

I tried ringing this Company for three days without success. Yesterday I managed to get through and was pleasantly surprised with the reaction I got. I young man said he was very sorry I was unhappy and he would arrange for a replacement to be delivered today. I must say I was convinced this wouldn't happen but was pleasantly surprised when I did in fact received a beautiful bouquet this morning. Peristance obviously paid off. Thank you to the young man. I ordered 24 long stemed red roses for my fiancée for valentines I looked on the internet about iflorist theirs a lot of bad press about this company my delivery came at 3.40 the roses was in great condition they had lots of leaves and the foliage was nice came with a ballon and free choclates and was boxed nicely so the experience for me was good would use them again great value for money aswell… Read Full Review

“Unhappy with you”

Asked for delivery 20th Dec to say a big Thankyou for support from close friend. Flowers didn't arrive.Spoke to office 21st was told flowers would arrive by end of day. “Flowers arrived early”

When advised flowers were being delivered a day early I contacted iflorist only to be told my concern was in a queue and 24hrs later still hasn't been dealt with!! “Mix up last time, let's see how this time goes”

Well I used this company last year to get flowers delivered for valentines day. Unfortunately they delivered them early. I messaged the company and arranged for them to be redelivered on valentines day, which happened (though for some reason she received two bunches). I was not notified when my order has been delivered. At the online checkout, I opted for the postage with tracking - which costs more than the normal postage. however i was not adviced on how I can track my order. “Been Reliable but...”

Used them many times and up until this last order they were reliable. On one previous occasion the delivery was made a day before requested but on this last occasion (yesterday, 10-Aug-2012) the delivery failed to arrive. I went online and was informed that due to a "technical error" the delivery was not made. I asked for a full refund which the online support person did not argue against. The delivery options on the site are confusing. Even though you have a drop down menu for many countries, the content doesn't seem tailored for them. “IFlorist online customer service helpline”

I have just had a chat with the customer service helpline before placing my order. Iflorist advertise free delivery but you seem to have to pay shipping charges which to me are the same thing. I was not given a satisfactory answer as to why - apparently it depends on where the flowers are going to and the size of the bouquet so I suggested they should state that not all deliveries are free. They did, however, give me a £5 discount code as a gesture of goodwill. Just hope the flowers are better… Read Full Review

“fast service but not complete”

Ordered flowers for 18th June (my daughters wedding anniversary) but they did not arrive. After speaking on chat line they were to be delivered 19th. Daughter informs me two came. “OK, but shame they didn't deliver when they said they...”

Ordering from them was easy and I liked their choice of flowers. I paid slightly more for delivery and asked that it be delivered the next day which was a Friday. Come the following Monday my order still hadn't arrived and there was no word from the florist. I therefore used their online help centre to find out what happened. My first time ordering online. Choosing and order processing was so simple. I wanted same day and all went well until asked whether I wanted free, premium or something else.
