“wrong flowers!!”

my son ordered me a bouquet of flowers including freesias (my favourite ) for mothers day but I received tulips ! which didn't even last a week. “Mother's day present, not mother's night!”

We ordered a lovely basket of flowers for my mother-in-law for mother's day as we couldn't be with her that day. While I do not expect the flowers to arrive at 8am as I know I am not the only customer, I was actually hoping for the flowers to arrive during the day. The link supposedy tracking the flowers was not working, there was no phone number to call. As we wanted to keep the surprise until the flowers arrived, we didn't say anything (bad move). “Dreadful Mothers day afternoon tea Gift Basket ”

I paid £24 + £4.90 for next day delivery for a Mother's Day afternoon tea gift basket. I called my mum and told her to expect a delivery. She stayed in all day and nothing arrived. The tracking website only showed the service being booked, no updates about an actual delivery. I called the iFlorist, they said it was a mistake with the website and that they can never deliver the baskets next day! A computer issue he said! “Disappointing dead flowers”

I sent flowers to cheer up a very ill friend and sadly they caused more distress as they arrived in a crushed package, some dead and the rest lasting only a couple of days. Not wanting to upset me another member of the family reported this disgraceful service and a fresh bouquet was sent, arriving in good order by a different carrier. “Misleading images on website”

Ordered a beautiful bouquet for my cousin in USA. Delivery prompt but when my cousin sent a pic of the flowers I was horrified that they were not a patch on the ones advertised. The flowers looked past their sell by date and the roses were diseased. The offending petals had been picked off. Although supposed to have various flowers and fillers, only lilies and roses included. How embarrassing. All this for £55. I have asked for a refund for the flowers NOT included. “Flowers nice but service poor”

Ordered flowers for mothers day that were supposed to be delivered with free chocolates. The flowers arrived and were beautiful but the chocolates did not. I emailed them but only received an automated reply saying they would deal with my query as soon as possible. I did not receive any further reply, and the flowers were dead within a week. “Poor response from company when they delivered another...”

First time if using this company and I ordered a plant for Mother's Day only for a totally different plant to be delivered ironically of which my mothers already has lots of in her own garden. IFlorist offered a £5 gift voucher in response and although I've contacted them since to say that this isn't really good enough and could they re-deliver the Peach Rose gift plant to my mother free of charge I have no response. “Don't choose a bouquet as they will just change it!”

I spent ages choosing a bouquet for my sister-in-law and ended up choosing a gorgeous peach and pink bouquet which was part of their mother's day range. It arrived on time and although sister-in-law was thrilled with the flowers, when I saw the bouquet I was not. “Ordered Two Bouquets, One Arrived - with a Smashed Vase!”

“Poor Card”

I received a dozen roses for valentines day that had no fern or greenery with them and the "valentines" card was blue and said "gift card" on the front, how romantic! “Would not use again.”

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain date, they were delivered 3 days before hand. The next day another delivery was sent to my friend, neither flower delivery was what I ordered, or expected for the price. My friend thought I'd lost the plot! I raised this problem with the iflorist I have not received a satisfactory outcome, after several emails between us. “Oh dear, what to say?”

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday last year from iFlorist to be delivered in Germany. She was very pleased and they arrived on time with chocolates per the order. “Totally Rubbish Flowers”

Website was easy to navigate, ordering was easy and I got regular email updates. Flowers were delivered on time with no problem. The flowers themselves were totally rubbish and overpriced. 3 puny roses, 2 puny lillies and some privet in a box. I ordered from Florida for my mother in the UK. “Late and wrong order ”

Used them last year for Mother's Day and the flowers were delivered a day late. “iflorist are an unreliable company with a sloppy service”

My order was one-day late. While this may not seem like much bear in mind that this is a flower company attempting to deliver flowers for the day of a special occasion, particularly if the addressee cannot be with the purchaser on the day in question. “final product was different to the picture ”

I ordered some flowers for my mum, to send them to Germany! but when she send me a pic of them, they totally looked different! THEY might have had similar colors etc, but they were different, cheaper flowers... So I was quite disappointed! I tried to contact "iflorist" 3 times or so, but never got a respond! The flowers I ordered for my Mum's birthday still hadn't arrived two days after the specified delivery date. I was told this was due to a technical fault. I requested compensation as the delay meant my Mum had no flowers on her birthday. I was offered a £5 voucher for my next order. I declined this and requested a 50% refund but this was declined. Update: still not delivered as of 20/12, nearly a week after the agreed date. Don't suppose the flowers will be very fresh by now! Have today requested a full refund or will serve a claim in the small claims court.
