“Flowers nice but service poor”

Ordered flowers for mothers day that were supposed to be delivered with free chocolates. The flowers arrived and were beautiful but the chocolates did not. I emailed them but only received an automated reply saying they would deal with my query as soon as possible. I did not receive any further reply, and the flowers were dead within a week. “Poor response from company when they delivered another...”

First time if using this company and I ordered a plant for Mother's Day only for a totally different plant to be delivered ironically of which my mothers already has lots of in her own garden. IFlorist offered a £5 gift voucher in response and although I've contacted them since to say that this isn't really good enough and could they re-deliver the Peach Rose gift plant to my mother free of charge I have no response. “Don't choose a bouquet as they will just change it!”

I spent ages choosing a bouquet for my sister-in-law and ended up choosing a gorgeous peach and pink bouquet which was part of their mother's day range. It arrived on time and although sister-in-law was thrilled with the flowers, when I saw the bouquet I was not. “Ordered Two Bouquets, One Arrived - with a Smashed Vase!”

I am currently travelling in India, and was away for Valentines Day 2014. So I ordered a nice-looking bouquet of a dozen red roses for my wife, and a dozen cream roses for my kids. “Poor Card”

I received a dozen roses for valentines day that had no fern or greenery with them and the "valentines" card was blue and said "gift card" on the front, how romantic! “Would not use again.”

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain date, they were delivered 3 days before hand. The next day another delivery was sent to my friend, neither flower delivery was what I ordered, or expected for the price. My friend thought I'd lost the plot! I raised this problem with the iflorist I have not received a satisfactory outcome, after several emails between us. “Oh dear, what to say?”

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday last year from iFlorist to be delivered in Germany. She was very pleased and they arrived on time with chocolates per the order. This year was an entirely different story. She still has not received the flowers I ordered for the 24th of May. Numerous emails went unanswered, as well as the inquiry ticket on the website. “Totally Rubbish Flowers”

Website was easy to navigate, ordering was easy and I got regular email updates. Flowers were delivered on time with no problem. The flowers themselves were totally rubbish and overpriced. 3 puny roses, 2 puny lillies and some privet in a box. I ordered from Florida for my mother in the UK. “Late and wrong order ”

Used them last year for Mother's Day and the flowers were delivered a day late. It was obviously a busy day for them and I decided to give them another chance and ordered flowers to be delivered the day before valentines day (I assumed it would be quieter than asking for them on valentines day). “iflorist are an unreliable company with a sloppy service”

My order was one-day late. While this may not seem like much bear in mind that this is a flower company attempting to deliver flowers for the day of a special occasion, particularly if the addressee cannot be with the purchaser on the day in question. Pretty annoyed at the service I received from iFlorist. I ordered a bottle of champagne to be sent to a friend. I picked my delivery date and received a confirmation email two days before stating that the order had been sent out and would be delivered on the Friday. “final product was different to the picture ”

I ordered some flowers for my mum, to send them to Germany! but when she send me a pic of them, they totally looked different! THEY might have had similar colors etc, but they were different, cheaper flowers... So I was quite disappointed! I tried to contact "iflorist" 3 times or so, but never got a respond! The flowers I ordered for my Mum's birthday still hadn't arrived two days after the specified delivery date. I was told this was due to a technical fault. I requested compensation as the delay meant my Mum had no flowers on her birthday. I was offered a £5 voucher for my next order. I declined this and requested a 50% refund but this was declined. Update: still not delivered as of 20/12, nearly a week after the agreed date. Don't suppose the flowers will be very fresh by now! Have today requested a full refund or will serve a claim in the small claims court.

“Unfortunately slow delivery!”

I ordered some flowers in advance for my mother in laws birthday. I ordered plenty in advance and made sure that it was obvious they were for a birthday. They didn't arrived until 8pm at night -- after leaving the service centre (20 minutes away from her house) at 9.45 that morning!! The flowers apparently looked a bit wilted on arrival, I guess after sitting in a van all day! Very disappointed, when you order courier service you expect better!! “Late and not particularly fresh”

Reviewing as the receiver of a bouquet of flowers. Flowers did not arrive on the day they were ordered for - didn't arrive until the evening of the following day. The lilies look fresh enough and many are yet to open but very disappointed with the roses - all fully open and half of them have brown tipped petals - not sure that they'll last too long… Read Full Review

“Non-delivery to US”

The flowers were "not not delivered due to the Strom affecting in USA". “Misleading website”

I have bought 2 bouquets from this website. On both occasions I expected a colourful bouquet to be delivered - the pictures on the website showed a mixed array of colours. The Florist's Choice delivered was a bunch of white and green chrysanthemums.
