“Charged £40 for a £5 bunch of flowers!! Disgusting!”

I ordered a £39 bouquet for my Mum's Birthday and what arrived was an absolute disgrace. I would have been better off going to Asda and spending £40 on bunches of flowers. The 'bouquet' consisted of 14 flowers, most of which were cheap carnations, wrapped in cheap cellophane. They flowers looked like someone had visited Aldi and popped them in a box. “Avoid this company at all costs”

WARNING: AVOID iFlorist! Appalling service, ordered on the 4th for the 5th delivery; its now the 7th and they still have not been delivered...Yet have been in transit with the courier since the 4th. ( I'll need to send flowers not only in sympathy but for the dead flowers they may receive some time this century!) Flowers arrived two days late, nothing like photo, only carnations n gerberras. Two flowers we're nearly dead. Purchased thru Wowcher site but flowers weren't even worth the discounted price. “100% fail”

ordered flowers for same day delivery....went out came home and found email saying cancelled as no florists in area........highlands and islands you may think ......nope just outside Donaghadee.....also received 2nd email saying escalated to customer service and refund done. Well that was Monday this is now Friday and no call or response to my emails regards this. I ordered flowers for my friend for the anniversary of her husband's death. She was in France for the anniversary so I ordered in plenty of time. “Terrible Experience”

They delivered flowers to me from a friend that were supposed to come with chocolates. I called to ask what happened to the chocolates and they claimed that they had never been ordered and the price my friend paid reflected that. My friend then had to call and email them. I bought 2 living social voucher for Mother's Day Laurence Llewelyn Bowen bouquets, which looked fabulous. One was delivered on the Saturday as arranged and the other never arrived, which was highly disappointing and embarrassing. The one that arrived (order no 627000) was much smaller than expected, and wilted within 2 days. “The worst ever”

I could have bought a better BUNCH of flowers at the forecourt of Tesco. It was disgraceful to think that a friend had sent these probably having paid a substantial amount of money. I made the mistake of ordering flowers for a funeral from this company. After going through the process of choosing the flowers and giving the delivery address and, of course, paying I received a reply asking for the delivery address which had already been given. Spent £50 on a bunch of roses for my girlfriend to be delivered on her birthday the next day which I paid for. I wsited in all day until 8pm for them to turn up but of course they did not. “Dipping machine not working!!!!”

I am incredibly angry with this company. I called at 13.30 on the day my delivery was meant to have gone to my husband between 9am and 6pm, as there seemed to be no movement on the tracking system or evidence that my order was even processed. I managed to get Godiva to send my husband strawberries today : ) they even kindly organised a courier for me to get there in the next hour!!! I called and explain to them what happened, they were so lovely at the Godiva store on Fenchurch street!!! saddly only white chocolate but so last minute I am just grateful I got to send him something!

Orded some flowers 50-00 cost to be delivered to France, never arrived!! told it was due the fact there was no French phone number, Not true, also had my UK number as well as e-mail not contacted untill far to late for delivery. Went to reply to the eventual mail sent, you cant reply to it! bounces back, went on the live chat site took 10 mins after answering my text to say it would be delivered, phoned company who maintain there was not a phone number on order. This is the worst florist I have ever dealt with , orders should have been delivered to my poorly friend on the 21st June, but have still not been delivered, I've contacted them several times, problem was escalated a week ago told I'd be contacted within 72 hrs still waiting sent email again still waiting.
