Good Points: Arrived in the right place on the right day
Bad Points: Plant was not as ordered
General comments: I ordered a lovely looking potted red anthurium plant for my sister. When I actually saw the plant a couple of weeks later it was an ordinary looking peace lily. When I emailed they just quoted the small print that they can substitute if the ordered item is not available. When I emailed back that I didn't think the swap was a fair one I received no reply. I now don't trust them to use again.

I ordered flowers from iFlorist for my mothers birthday and she was over the moon with the quality. She said that she had never received a nicer bouquet. A big thanks to iFlorist for making my mother very happy.

Ordered a bouquet at 2.30pm yesterday afternoon, with an advertised saving of £15 ( £34.90, now £19.90) as displayed on the iflorist homepage... then used a free delivery voucher I found online. Ten past nine this morning, the bouquet arrived at the house I share with my girlfriend, beautifully boxed and absolutely stunning - amazing value for less than £20. I will certainly be ordering again - many thanks iflorist!

Unimpressive as there is no way of getting in touch with them or, if you don't printout, working out afterwards which flower store were given the responsibility of delivering the goods.

Twice my partner has ordered flowers (unfortunately he forgot it was the same dismal organisation) and twice they never delivered any flowers. We spent ages contacting them via their online web site, they denied all knowledge of there being a problem and the most they would offer is a £10 voucher off the next order! Twice they took the full amount for the flowers and never delivered - how can they get away with it?

The bouquet was very nice, lovely colours delivered to the friend on time. Packaging was gorgeous and the flowers lasted ages. I will definately choose them again as I have used flowers direct and they were awful.

I ordered flowers from iFlorist www.iflorist.co.uk for my girlfriend as a surprise on valentines day and i was more than happy with how they looked, I wasn't sure what to get her so I used live chat, and spoke to a member of the iflorist team who helped me choose the perfect bouqet, now that's service! When they arrived they were fresh and in good condition and for what i paid, fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!

Ordered flowers for mothers day they arrive late and the bouquet sent was a disgrace I paid 39.90 plus 5 delivery charge for a bunch of flowers that would cost about 10 from any other florist. My dispute continues with them you cannot speak to anyone because they do have a telephone number they never call you despite numerous e-mails. A complete nightmare from start to finish. If the dispute is not resolved I will seek recompense in the small claims court.

I ordered flowers for Mothers day, based on their advertised claim that they would actually deliver on the Sunday. Sunday came and went and still no flowers. Ordered flowers to be delivered on Thursday - they arrived today, Tuesday and were left in the porch. Very disappointing tulips which were already wilting before I put them in water!
This was from an offer from the Mirror newspaper - free tulips.

My boyfriend ordered me flowers two weeks before valentine's day to arrive on VALENTINE'S DAY, after waiting in all day for them they never arrived. iflorist gave the wrong address to the courier so delivery failed. There is no telephone number and you will definatly need it! Their international service is very poor and if you are considering using them- I recommend you don't! Not unless you want to spend the next few days trying to track down the flowers you sent like I had to. When they were found they were dead as were packed in a brown box with no indication they were flowers and NO water!
