I placed an order for a large bouquet of flowers for my mother's birthday two werks ago , the flowers arrived 3 days late and when they did arrive the flowers were ready the bin . Tried contact iflorist , all they said was to send some pictures of the flowers and they would look into it . Telephone them on many occasions but they didn't seem interested . Until now I am still waiting for a response from them , not looking good . So be warned stay away!!… Read Full Review

I had ordered flowers for my sons teacher at end of term, using a living social discount voucher. I didn't realise they were courier delivered flowers though and after reading a lot of negative reviews online was really worried that the flowers either wouldn't arrive or would be crushed/broken/not what was ordered... I ordered some flowers for my nans birthday I went to visit her and there was no sign of flowers so I just thought they would come later. They didn't arrive so my nan was left very upset thinking I didn't get her anything I rang up the next day and all I got was sorry were send them tomorrow 2 days after my nans birthday I wish I had used interflora as my nan would of got her flowers on her birthday but instead I'm gonna have to show my nan a picture of her flowers and hope they turn up… Read Full Review

“Not what I ordered ”

Order 24hours late, after a phone call to find out where delivery was. Completely different flowers from bouquet ordered, wrong colours, wrong size, even the names on greeting card was wrong. Still dealing with very elusive adviser, numerous phone calls and emails sent, would certainly not recommend this company. Not value for money. Very bad experience. Ordered flowers for my wife who is celebrating her birthday. Flowers were not delivered. Received email confirmation of delivery even if there was no delivery that took place. Told me it was my fault because of mixed up with delivery address. I was informed that flowers will be delivered 2 days after expected date. That would mean my wife will be receiving bad flowers. Do not use! Let me down on my mother's 80th birthday. Delivered a pathetic bunch of wilted roses to my mother a day late, after I had ordered the largest bouquet! “Not giving money back”

Order wasnt complete, flowers for mother day wasnt sent but the money was taken from the account, they send confirmation email, but never send email that cant deliver the flowers. After contacting them with email and phone no answer, after 10 days received email confirming about refund. Product ordered online was the Stephanotis gift bag. Order received was a different plant. Contacted customer service, they apologised and arranged for another delivery of the Stephanotis gift bag. Next order received was an orchid. Rung customer service again and they advised it was likely that a substitution was being sent as Stephanotis was out of stock (this wasn't reflected on the website.) Terrible experience with this website. I ordered flowers to be delivered and they have not been delivered - it is impossible to get hold of the company to write a complaint as the email link does not work on their website. Flowers ordered for a cousin's 80th birthday (VERY SPECIAL!). Of course they took the money and confirmed the delivery for May 8th. The flowers did not arrive until 3 days later! My daughter is studying abroad in France and we wanted to send some flowers for her 21st birthday. They said they would be delivered on the 25th. The first attempt to deliver was a day late. My daughter had college classes until noon so she missed the first delivery attempt at 9am. We asked customer service to request an afternoon delivery. “Buy a Mercedes get a smart car”

The analogy is that I bought a lovely looking Scarlet bouquet for a relatives birthday for £50, what she got was a bunch of roses with some green bits worth about a tenner.I have had much better from my local florist for a lot less. I ordered Mothers Day special delivery flowers for a Sunday this year. The flowers were not delivered until Tuesday afternoon, by which point they had been with several couriers and arrived almost completely dead. When I contacted Customer services by phone they were rude and unhelpful and told me that the free delivery specifies that it can take up to 48 hours. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day at a cost of £44.90.I was shocked to receive a phone call from my Mum to say the flowers that arrived were dry, brown and had handfuls of leaves falling off them. The same happened to me. Disgraceful. I was sent a second bouquet - they were appalling too. Never asked for a replacement just wanted money back. Flowers are sent on special occasions to Cheer people up. All this caused was stress and upset meant. Do Not USe this Site

my son ordered me a bouquet of flowers including freesias (my favourite ) for mothers day but I received tulips ! which didn't even last a week.
