I ordered flowers to be delivered to Australia for my friend's 30th wedding anniversary. They did not arrive. I contacted iflorist through their online chat service to find out why but the agent was unable to ascertain why. He said he would contact the florist that they use the next day. The next day the flowers were not delivered so I contacted iflorist again through the online chat service. The same agent was still unable to assist. I rang their head office and spoke to a young girl... (read more)

I ordered flowers for my Mum as a Mother's Day gift using a promotion voucher from Amazon local deals. After purchasing the voucher I found unpleasing reviews for Iflorist online & was very worried. However, I ordered the flowers which arrived on the day requested in perfect condition. My Mum was very pleased with her bouquet. Sadly, the roses had died within six days and had a seven day guarantee. I contacted Iflorsit and sent in a photo of the dead roses as requested. The customer service... (read more)

I ordered the bright and cheery range from Flowerfete - and affiliate of Iflorist and I cant fault the company. The order was placed yesterday and arrived today on time. My only niggle and it is purely just being picky is that I did not receive a dispatch email. I called customer services twice and spoke to Jack who was more than helpful. All in all I would defiantly order from flowerfete again or Iflorist. They simply do what they say on the tin! (read more)
