    No hamnpers received! No phone numBer on website - online help chat is non existent. Email is dummy I think and gets bounced back. Have this company defrauded people for years and got away with it? My accoutn says that the hamper has been dispatched and gives a bogus tracking number! Found a number on the forum to phone them and spoke to a new employee who although very polite was obviously under stress with the amount of calls she was fielding. wouldn't give me name of supposed carriage compant then told me hampers had run out or supplier company gone bust so they were trying to resource them (all written up in other [postings!) Couldn't refund money - it apperas to be a one man outfir run on a wing an a prayer with many people losing their money and no treceiving items. DO NOT USE!!!!

    Excellent service and the recipient of The Butterscotch FLORAL bouquet and free chocolates was overjoyed with this gift.It was COURIER DELIVERED SAFELY IN A BROWN BOX WHICH DID NOT RESEMBLE A FLORAL ARRANGEMENT, BUT WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE ON OPENING SHE STATED.
    THANK YOU SO MUCH IFLORISTS. I ALSO FOUND THE DISCOUNT VOUCHER TO THE RECIPIENT WAS A LOVELY WEE EXTRA. HOWEVER AS I`VE USED THIS SITE SINCE AND WOULD DEARLY LOVE ANOTHER VOUCHER FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE!!!!!.

    The flowers that I ordered on-line from Canada for my 95 year old Nan's birthday were never delivered/received and despite repeated attempts the issue was never resolved. I was very disappointed with the service.

    iflorist are terrible. I ordere some flowers for a book launch in Italy and the local florist phoned the recipient the following day to say the order was for that day. The intended recipient promptly informed him that that was wrong and that they were for the day before and were no longer needed. Customer Services here claimed the flowers had been delivered. i asked for evidence by way of a signature and they never gave me the evidence I required.     This could happened to you!!
    I ordered a bouquet for my friend in U.K to celebrate her birthday on Nov 14.
    The flower is never been to her door
    When I wrote to file a complain,they said the flower will be delivered today and I will get a voucher for ten pounds!
    Wow,what a great way to make a apology!
    I will not pay anything for nothing!
    Be careful!

    Wanted help to track my order,so went to on-line chat and Beth advised me very quickly and was very helpful indeed.I myself have received the flowers as a gift from a friend and was very pleased with them, so will be using their services again. Lorraine

    sent a botnics bouquet to my mum for her wedding aniversay, and she was thrilled to bits, not only that I had remembered, but also the fact they looked lovly, good site, service, and happy mum!

    Good selection. Simple ordering system. Value for money; better than more common high street names. Arranged for international delivery then found out that I had got the dates wrong. Contacted their online customer service, who rearranged the delivery quickly and efficiently making sure that I got the flowers delivered when I wanted them. Very helpful. The flowers arrived in perfect condition even though the destination was very hot. This was an excellent site that I will use again.

    I sent the fruit pastels bouquet to a friend - just to cheer her up, hey worked a treat and were delivered on time, and were reported as being beautiful.

    I would recommend iflorist as reliable and inexpensive

    I was very disappointed with the service. I arranged for iflorist to deliver flowers to my girlfriend in the US as i am not there at the moment, paid dearly for next day delivery and guess what they left it on the doorstep. Now during the order process they ask you for the recipient's number, what is the point if they don't call? The flowers got taken by the way as my girlfriend never got them.     this is a very unique idea of shopping and sending gifts to your friends on accasions. i sent flowers to my sister who lives in UK, and she recieved it on the day i mentioned in the order. i am very much satisfied with the customer support that they provide to their customer. i would recoomed you if you wana shopping online with ease and quality service. check out their website....

    Finding a reliable and value for money online florist, is easier than it ounds, thankfully my search is over, having used iflorist four times, I can say with confidence that they provide a fantastic service, having sent flowers to Manchester, Rome and London, each order arrived on time, and the were reported to be abousultly lovly, well done!

    First of all, I would like to convey my sincere thanks to iflorist.uk for reuniting me with my girlfriend.     I do really recommend this website and the hole company work .
    few weeks ago it was my girlfriend birthday it was really surprising to send a flower pack to her I googled the subject and got this great designed website , amazing purchase prices, I ordered a pack and my girlfriend got it just in time in a very clearly easy purchase procedure this was my first time with flowers and I am sure it would not be the last with this great website !

    it is a very beautiful site

    iFlorist.co.uk is easy to use and has a good design

    i purchased flowers that costs me about twenty dollars

    the flowers arrived on time without late

    and are really pretty and value for money

    i really recommends purchasing from this site to my friends

    due to easy use and good prices

    i will always purchase items from this site
