“1st and last time”

I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day for a graduation party. 1stinflowers contacted me via email a day after flowers were supposed to be delivered. I would have appreciated a call the same day instead of email, so that I could have done something else for a gift. I contacted customer service and the Lady was rude. I am reading these horrible reviews and just do not understand what happened. Remember, all deliveries are subject to how gre4at the florist is in the area. I always get the same flowers for my girlfriend, so I ordered my go to arrangement from 1st in flowers for the first time. I wish I would have checked the reviews first! I ordered roses and lilys and even paid for the "premium" which the lady told me would be just bigger, more of the same..... “1st in Flowers-Flowers on website are not what is...”

I have sent two x flower orders and 1 x "Junk Food" basket to family in the US. The "Junk Food" basket was fabulous but not so the two flower orders. What is shown on the 1st in Flowers website is not what the recipient receives. In both instances I was able to send photos of the flowers for comparison. “Didn't deliver what I ordered”

I ordered a rather expensive arrangement on the 11th for delivery on the 14th (valentines). The arrangement I ordered wasn't delivered. They instead delivered some other arrangement that looks horrible. Not even a valentines arrangement. Just some random flowers. Ordered on Feb 12th, and while I was placing the order, the website promised delivery on Feb. 13th. After I hit "Submit" and the confirmation came, it said the delivery would be on the 16th. This was to go to a business that would not be open on the 16th. Two emails and three phone calls, and no one has called me back. “Takes money but does not deliver”

I ordered a floral arrangement for my daughters b-day from 1st in flowers which claim they are a delivery service for FTD. I ordered them early in the morning to be sure they would be delivered. They guarantee same day delivery. They say they will send you an e-mail confiramtion of your delivery. We do not claim to be a delivery service for FTD. We are an independent international floral & gifting company. We are long standing members of both the FTD & Teleflora Floral Associations. As a member florist of both associations, we sell their codified products and subscribe to their wire service networks to electronically transmit our orders to local florists for order fulfillment and delivery.

Your order did qualify for same day delivery; however, as we explained to you, we attempted to contact the recipient and they could not be reached. Our customers can request a delivery time or range of times and they are advised both on our website and by email that we will endeavor to have their gift delivered within the requested time slot, but we cannot guarantee such. For a place of business deliveries are typically made by 4 pm and certainly no later than 5 pm. The recipient had already left work for the day prior to 5 pm and we were not advised they were leaving work early.

Emailed delivery confirmations are available to all our customers upon request. They are not automatically sent out. We provide our customers the means of contacting us to request such both by telephone and email. In this instance, a delivery confirmation was not requested in advance; therefore, none would have been sent had the order been delivered.

Your credit card was billed at the time of purchase. This is a normal and customary procedure. We must be assured of payment for services to be rendered. We cannot deliver flowers on a promise to pay.

We provide 24/7 customer support. Our regular customer service hours are stated on our website. At the conclusion of such, our call center assists customers by processing incoming telephone orders, handling general inquiries and taking messages to be passed on to the regular customer service for immediate attention. You contacted our call center and were informed they had no access to existing order information and that they would pass your complaint/concerns on to the regular customer service staff. We received your complaint from the call center upon arriving to work the following morning. You were contacted that same morning by telephone and one of our CSRs extended an apology. We made a generous offer to provide you a full refund for the non-delivery & we offered to have your order delivered at no charge with an apology note. You accepted the full refund and declined the re-delivery at no charge.

The refund was processed and credited back to your credit card the same day. We advised you on the telephone and by follow up email to allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your card statement. You indicate that you had to have your bank contact us. We did not receive any communication from your bank. Upon our phone call to you and our email correspondence advising you the refund was processed, we did not receive any further communication from you.

Again, you have our most sincere apology that your order was not delivered on the requested date. We remain very sympathetic that a special occasion was missed. We are a reputable company having been in business since 1965 and on the World Wide Web since 1995. We are long-standing members of the Better Business Bureau and have an A+ rating. In keeping with our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy, we extended an immediate offer to you of a full refund and complimentary arrangement. This was not an exclusive offer. We make this same offer to any of our customers for the same circumstance.

If I could give less than zero ratings I would. If I could post pictures to this review you would understand my dissatisfaction. What turned up at my grandmothers door step was NOTHING like what I ordered from the site. I am deeply embarrassed by what was sent to her. I even upgraded to the size they recommend would look most like the picture. What a joke I feel very cheated. On the 5th of December I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered on Wednesday 7th of December. When I requested delivery confirmation I was told that the flowers had not been delivered. I was offered $9.99 of my money back and told that the flowers would now be delivered on Saturday 10th. “The customer service in this company is non-exsistent....”

The customer service in this company is non-exsistent. They only have one number to call. When you call it, it's either busy or no one answers. The ONE time they did answer, some lady took down my information and said someone would call me back...no one did. They dont answer E-mails. Same bad experience here!
I ordered a bouquet which on the website looked beautiful, but what they delivered was half the size, different flowers and not professionally arranged. I complained by email and even sent them a picture of the pitiful bouquet. No reply, no comment.
I will not use their service anymore!
Does anyone have a suggestion on a more reliable company which ships flowers internationally?
