We have had lots of lovely compliments from our family and friends. Great design for those of us who have done the kids before marriage thing! We definitely wanted something that involved our daughter and this was just perfect. Such beautiful invitations and really high quality. The service was very good and all staff were friendly and helpful. The packaging was perfect and delivery, although not fast, came in the time specified by the company. I've had so many compliments from our guests about these invites and would not hesitate to recommend Olivia Samuel to anybody. (read more)

When we received the invitations we were really happy, they were beautiful. The quality of the card and the envelope was outstanding. Lots of our guests commented saying how lovely they are, very posh!!
The service we received from olivia Samuel was excellent, any queries I had were dealt with quicky and efficiently, the staff were more than helpful.
i would not hesitate to recommend olivia Samuel to anyone.

This is an excellent card which looks even better than on the picture. It's texture and all the little sparkle around the hearts are really pretty - Linked Hearts White

We chose this as we wanted something that was simple and elegant, and a lot of our guests commented on how nice it was. Fully recommended.

One tip however is to go to Olivia Samuel straight away if you find that the proofing process with CCA is tedious (We need) Olivia Samuel will act as intermediaries if this becomes... (read more)

The prices and choices offered on from Olivia Samuel was very competitive
so I ordered a sample of their wedding invitation card. But it turned out to be a frustrating experience as I had to send them 2 reminders just to get the ONE card and it took them over 3 weeks to send it to me.
They told me that they now let their suppliers deal directly so that may be the problem but still it was very unprofessional and inefficient.
I definitely would not trust this kind of sub-standard service for... (read more)

The 'Jetting Off' invites were excellent quality and the service was good with samples arriving quickly and the whole ordering process was easy. Our guests loved them too! Before ordering I shopped around and found that Olivia Samuel were by far the best value for money. Other companies were charging quite a lot more for exactly the same invite and I cant imagine anyone else could offer a better service! (read more)

The design and the finished product are great. however, the ordering and communication process with Olivia Samuel was not a satisfactory experience. The proofs took too long to come through, when they did, despite clear instructions, the layout was not correct and it took three requests to get it right. the request was to lay it out exactly the same as the website sample - not exactly hard. the whole process took so long we wanted to change our RSVP date - and i was charged £15. The Olivia Samuel Wedding Stationery website is a very well resourced web site, with plenty of support. I used their live help facility several times before placing my order. Many of the designs have customer reviews, which helped with my decision.
