Bad Points: None whatsoever. The person who answers the email enquiries answers very abrupt, but nothing to really complain about.
General comments: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely designs - there were at least 3 that I would love to have. When you actually see the invitations, they are even better than you imagined! I ordered my invitations on WEDNESDAY, and today (FRIDAY, yes, two days later) I have them in my hand. They are SO lovely. (The PURE ROMANCE design) I also had them printed in another language (Afrikaans) and they made NO mistakes!

Highly recommended, although leave a bit of extra time in case their printer does make a mistake and they have to correct your order! However, Bride & Groom Direct have proven very trustworthy in our case, as they have rectified the orders very quickly.
