    Good Points: If I think of one, it may take me about the same time has it did for my order.


    Bad Points: How long have you got. I order my invitations from another company which I could'nt belive it. It was the same company call CCA Occasions. Girls this is your big day do not use these people. Your wedding day is stressfull with out wait for them to get it right.!


    General comments: Very Poor Quality of Goods from bride & groom direct and our invitations look like a 5 year old had made them. That is being modest on a 5 year old. Over 2 week delivery then it needed re-printing for spelling errors another week went passed then batch 2 re-printing again! Third time lucky err... sorry to say no. 1 Month later 4th batch. Wrong again! Finally we asked for a refund. Which took another week!

    I feel I have received very bad customer service from Bride & Groom Direct. Ordered invitations in December 08 and received my e-proof promptly within a week. E-mailed the company at least five times over the following four weeks requesting correction of an error in the proof (my fault) but didn't receive a reply. Tried to phone the 0800 customer service number on several occasions to be held in a queue. Eventually spoke to a member of staff 8 WEEKS after my proofs were issued to talk about c ...

    Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely designs - there were at least 3 that I would love to have. When you actually see the invitations, they are even better than you imagined! I ordered my invitations on WEDNESDAY, and today (FRIDAY, yes, two days later) I have them in my hand. They are SO lovely. (The PURE ROMANCE design) I also had them printed in another language (Afrikaans) and they made NO mistakes!

    Highly recommended, although leave a bit of extra time in case their printer does make a mistake and they have to correct your order! However, Bride & Groom Direct have proven very trustworthy in our case, as they have rectified the orders very quickly.
