    Good Points: great selection


    General comments: We had so much trouble ordering bridesmaids dresses. We wanted 2 dresses in the same color, but different styles. After messing up the first order, we were told that they would wait to place the order until we chose a dress that came in the same fabric so that they would come from the SAME DYE LOT!! What did we get? 2 dresses from 2 dye lots! (proof is on the tag) And were are told, 'Noone in the store would ever tell you they would come from the same dyelot' and 'You signed a receipt saying that dyelots differ and we are not responsible.' I understand that dyelots differ, but if I'm told my dresses will come from the same one and they don't, I want what I pay for. I will NEVER set foot in that store again. We were planning on buying everything from this store, but they will not get one more $.

    Overall good service, staff contactable by email and very helpful with quiiries. I ordered my wedding tiara jewellary and shoes of this site, they were really good, they delivered the products promptly and they were exactly as described and really nicely packaged.
