    I purchased my wedding favours from World of Wedding Favours and the service was brilliant, I just wanted to say a big thank you to them for making my experience so easy and so very special.

    I ordered my favours in the afternoon and they were delivered the very next day, you don't get that very often.

    Excellent company, will be telling all my friends and family about them and very good value for money.

    I did quite a bit of searching on the internet and found World of Wedding Favours the cheapest on most items and a lot more to choose from. I also phoned a few companies and some of the companies phones just kept ringing and no-one answered, but each time I phoned World of Wedding Favours a member of customer services always answered and was very polite and helpful as I ordered a sample initially before I placed my main order, which arrived quicker than what they stated on their website.     We would not hesitate to recommend World of Wedding Favours to any of our friends and family. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be back to buy more goody's soon.

    Great company to buy any favours for weddings or parties, they have a masive range, spoilt for choice, have used a couple of times and will continue to do so for future occasions. Next day delivery, great products and well packaged, very professional

    I only ordered ribbon from World of Wedding Favours, but had been searching the internet for weeks looking for a perfect match, when i looked the prices on the website were very cheap in comparison to some of the big wedding companies. was really impressed with speed of delivery and didn't mind paying so much as it meant i could track the order the whole way through. Since then i've still not found a good a match to the colour theme of our wedding.

    I left my favours a bit late so I gave World of Wedding Favours a quick phone call to make sure the items I wanted were in stock and I would get them on time as my wedding day was only 4 days away.
    The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and he made sure the items I wanted were dispatched and I received them the next day early morning.

    In my opinion, World of Wedding Favours has poor customer service. Our order was 3 items short meaning we didn't have enough favours for all the guests. Rather than promptly dispatching the missing 3 items, which I'd expected, I then had to enter into a prolonged e-mail exchange with them, during which they insisted they had sent the correct number.     World of Wedding Favours www.world-of-wedding-favours.com is a brilliant website with lots of fantastic items. I spent loads of time online searching for what I wanted and this site was the cheapest I could find. I also spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he was really helpful. I placed quite a large order and the items were delivered the next day. Really well packaged and I am really pleased with them. I'm sure my guests will be over the moon.     Not the cheapest or widest ranges available, but certainly not at the expensive end of the market. I felt a little cheated at how high postage was when i went to check out and stopped my order at that point. Went to another site who had a wider range and were cheaper, especially on postage.

    Originally, I ordered my favours from another company and 5 weeks had passed and I hadn't received anything. I tried calling them for a week and couldn't get hold of anyone - it just rings or goes onto answerphone. I emailed them a couple of times and no reply.

    I started to panic, so I called World of Wedding Favours as they had the same product on their website. Within a couple of rings, I was talking to a lady in customer service who was so helpful and my items arrived the following day.
