Good Points: Its an eye-catcher, and a marvellously sociable toy. The chrome wheels are lovely, and the mini screen actually works.
Bad Points: The seat is diabolical, I had to have manufactured a new leather seat in the old style. I slipped off every time I braked. It looked fantastic, but had to go. The colour, while supposed to be retro 1948, is a little ordinary.
General comments: There has been an overall style upgrade to the Vespa GT60 at the expense of the myriad superb features of the GTI. Essentially its the same guts, so youre going to have all the best of what the Vespa has to offer, and as one of only 999 in the world it is special, but only to those who know. I miss my GT1 really, and wish I would have kept it. I'm not saying I regret having the GT60, though, and I use it every day...somewhat fanatically.
