Good Points: Environment is beautiful, and the hotel is in adequate condition.

Bad Points: The elevator was malfunctioning at times. People stuck in it several times, and also its door didn't stop even if you (or your baby) was in it's way.
I personally found the the playground and the play-room to risky for my little boy, besides I think it stinks.
We were with a one year old boy, so hygiene would have been important for us.
I did not see them clean the feeding chair, the swimming pools, etc. while we were there (10 days) even so that we asked them many times. There was ants at breakfast I found what seemed to me as left over food on the bottom of the swimming pool. Since we were concerned about the hygiene we didn't dare to let our boy to get in the pools again.
Rush for the food was amazing. We paid for all inclusive service, so the meals, the local drinks, and some services were included. The first couple of days people were patient, slowly roamed to the restaurant, got some food on their plates, and got back to the trays later for extra food if they liked it. On the second day at lunch, and at supper they run out of the main dish, so from the next time the guests started to rush for the food, as soon as the restaurant doors were opened.
It was a little disappointing, that in case you were not fast enough, or you got back to the hotel later than the starting time of the meals, you could get only cold left over.

General comments: The environment around Tsaki is beautiful and the Bellos Beach Hotel is in adequate condition. The worst thing that I've faced was that nobody seemed responsible for anything. We complained but non of our complaints were treated. I wonder how the travel agency got ISO certification.
I also have to tell that most of the staff were very kind and helpful. I feel however there weren't enough resources, man power, to keep this hotel running on an adequate quality.
