Flickr is a fantastic photo hosting website and one of very few I'd ever bother to pay for! In my many years of using it, I've never known the site to have any down-time - it's incredibly reliable.
The basic account level is, well, basic, but as a pro user (that's the bit you have to pay for at $24.95 USD per year), you have unlimited uploads and storage and a whole heap of nifty extras to keep you occupied.

Flickr is a great way to store and share you photos. You are able to upload as many as you want for free however if you wish to share them with friends and family they will only be able to view the last 200. Upgrading to a professional account is affordable though costing around 12 per year which is taken through DD.
