    Good Points: Very clean, good food. Good people. Well run establishment.


    Bad Points: None what so ever.


    General comments: My wife and I have been coming here for 5 years now, twice in the last 2 years and we will be coming next year as well. The staff who run this establishment are lovely people, they make you feel most welcomed and at home, the food is excellent and home made, we would well recommend it to all our friends and to all those holiday makers out there wishing to stop off in Perranporth. This is a first class bed an breakfast in this town and is well situated to all amenities.

    Did quite a lot more than it said on the tin! I'll be going to the Tides Reach Hotel again because it's just so easy going and everything I needed was there. The location is fabulous!

    Found the Tides Reach a terrible hotel! I felt treated like an irresponsible child that's expected to pay for the privilege of being in their home. We are a professional respectable couple. We were overcharged and when we requested a refund as we believe it was their error, they said that we had damaged the toilet in the bedroom and refused to refund! Rules are written all through the hotel. Not friendly as stated on the website and accommodation and food were not up to our standard.
