Good Points: We had originally rented a car through Eurocosmos Rent a Car in Rhodes, through the internet, but apparently, there was damage to the car a couple of weeks before we were to arrive, so the owner was nice enough to refer us to J&D Car Rental. We needed an automatic, which are somewhat harder to come by in Greece, but J&D proved to not only be very reliable, but less expensive than the other major agencies that are in Rhodes. Upon arrival at the Airport at 7 in the morning, an agent was there, and after a few very short minutes of paperwork, we were given the car, which was a brand new Volkswagen Polo. I believe we were the first customers to drive it. The car had full AC, a radio/CD player, a sun shield, and a map, and the agent was very helpful in directing us to our hotel and also to other areas of the island we wanted to see. The car also had a parking permit which would allow us to park in the restricted spaces in Rhodes town. He left us his cell phone number as well and was available 24-7 for any problems, though fortunately there were none. Customer service was top-notch and we had absolutely no problems returning the car either. The car was fully insured and there were no hidden fees whatsoever. Overall we had a tremendously positive experience and would definitely recommend the agency for future rentals.

General comments: Overall we had a tremendously positive experience using J&D Car Rental during our stay in Rhodes and would definitely recommend the agency for future rentals. Top-notch, professional customer service, no hidden fees and a car that was literally brand new. No complaints whatsoever.
