Good Points: The staff and food were excellent. In fact there is too much food to be had and many people were leaving large amounts on their plates.
The entertainment is second to none and the ship is fantastic. There is very little vibration or noise from the advanced engine design and even very rough weather is hardly noticed.

Bad Points: The whole object of Cunard appears to be to take as much money as possible from the passengers during the trip. From the moment you pass through customs and without explanation, there is a photographer taking your picture. Go for dinner or a dance and there they are. The photos will cost you the best part of $30 or £15 each without a frame. There is a very nice health suite, but you need to pay $35 a day (discounts for multiple days) to use it. Then there is the tacky Champagne art auction and the stalls.

General comments: There is a hint of what is to follow, when entering the cabin, or "Stateroom" as Cunard would call it. On the table is a half bottle of wine in an ice cooler with a card: "This Champange is served with the compliments of the Captain and the Management of Cunard Line." Very nice, except the Champange is Blanc de Blanc! The same wine was also given at the "Champagne Auction". My Mother was given a whole bottle of genuine Champagne on her first cruise with Saga!
