Good Points: In my opinion, None. But hopefully they'll rectify this outstanding matter now i've asked their senior managers to get involved.

Bad Points: We rented a property through Inzo Fulham via Online Real Estate Review Videos.
We came to the end of our lease, agreed an amount of a bond to refunded....but then it stopped.
They have refused to release our bond, and then have finally given us some (after moving out 3mths early) but are still retaining a certain amount of it. Why? They want our old flatmate who moved out mid-lease and had since disappeared into space - to agree.
No idea why - we are telling them they can keep his bond we just want ALL our ours returned.
Once the contact I was dealing with told me eventually told me they weren't going to realise the bond - I asked to speak to someone else. And get this - she refused to let me speak to anyone else! How's that for customer service?
After eventually saying that I'd call back and eventually get through so someone else, through clenched teeth she eventually gave me some name.
In my opinion,their customer service is appalling.

General comments: I'm really hoping they rectify this mess they've caused asap - so I'll report back and hopefully been able to give Inzo a better review. Because at the moment, I'd strongly suggest buyers or renters to STEER CLEAR OF THEM!

English is my second language and these materials helped me pass the exam the first time! Allowed me to review for the real estate exam with videos that I could watch until I knew the material. I could then download the audio files of the videos and burn them to a CD. This allowed me to study while driving, exercising, and walking the dog. Great reinforcement of the materials!
