Good Points: Great and friendly wait staff... definitely on their toes when it comes to pleasing the customer...
Bad Points: Need to make a friendlier menu... all text and no images is really displeasing to me. I like to see what I'm getting before I even order it.
General comments: Captain Bob's BBQ & Seafood in Hertford, NC is a great establishment... The barbecue is the best I have ever eaten. I would love to get them to cater my next business meeting. I hear they can cater any menu you want, even outside of the typical menu served at the restaurant...
