Good Points: Friendly staff, quick turnaround, cheaper than main dealers.
Bad Points: Not in the town center.
General comments: Excellent independant garage, bit far from the town center but whenever I've taken my car there they always have given me a lift where I need to go. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the standard of the workmanship is very high. These guys are proper mechanics and not just fitters like you get in most Kwik Fit type places. To give you an idea of their skills they also specialise in Performance vehicles as the name suggests, as well as the normal run of the mill cars like my Laguna. When I was last in there they had just finished building a race Skyline for a customer and had rebuilt the whole car and engine from a bare chassis. The thing apparantly runs 800bhp at the moment and thats turned down to run it in.
As you can imagine you are unlikely to usually find anywhere a garage that will have this quality of experience for doing the 'usual' garage jobs but these guys have it. Not only that, even though you would expect to pay a fortune they are damn competitive in the area, a fraction of the cost of main dealers and less than even some of the other independants.
If you live in the Yeovil area definately give these guys a go, I don't personally think you will find better.

Used Performance 3000 to carry out some major work to my car and they did an absolutely incredible job at a bargain price.
They easily beat the main dealer prices without even blinking and they were actually cheaper than the other independents I rang. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks guys!

We have been using Performance 3000 Ltd for a couple of years now for all our general repairs and servicing and not once have we been disappointed. They will bend over backwards to help you in any way they reasonably can, even giving you lifts home and picking you up if they can which is something a lot of garages wouldn't dream of doing.
They are incredibly cheap compared to a main dealer but you get a service which is at least as good, dare I say it better even.
