Good Points: They had good prices, that is about the only good thing I found.
General comments: I found Favor Warehouse to be extremely disorganized because my favors did not arrive in time for my wedding, but the day after, even though I ordered them weeks in advance. They charged me the full price, but then only sent me one! Then all they would offer is a 5% discount, which I felt was pretty ridiculous because it does not come close to the money I will spend now shipping the favors to everyone! I saw the prices and thought this is too good to be true, and now I think it was. Disappointed.

Silly me almost forgot to order favors for my wedding that was on August 8th. So I called favorwarehouse and asked if it was possible to get favors that quick. They were great not only did the customer service rep go in the warehouse to make sure the item was in stock, she also emailed me that same day with the tracking. The wine stoppers I ordered were beautiful.

Their favors are really great quality and customer service is excellent. I have ordered from them many times and so have a couple of my friends at this point. None of us have ever had a bad experience.

I ordered some wedding favors on June 11, 08 for a july 18th wedding. I got a phone call two weeks after I purchased the product and was told it was out of stock. Told me it will be available in July 8 and promised me it will be sent out the same day. I agreed and waited. I called them on July 8th and was told they're going to ship the order, 3 days later, I haven't received it. I felt that customer service was horrible! No help at all. They were quick to charge the credit card, but not so quick to process your order. My event date came & went, and I never rec'd my order. They didnt respond to e-mails, and any phone messages. If you happen to get through on the phone, you're lucky.

Very bad customer service, I returned my favors which they claim they never received, so no refund. No wonder they can sell them so cheap. That's how they make some extra money.

The sample favors came first (they arrived in 7 days) and the save the date magnets came 2 days later (which was earlier than I expected) - they are personalized so they took a little longer. I placed my order with Favor Warehouse over the phone, and I ordered a bunch of sample favors - She suggested a few that I had not originally picked out, and I loved them - I'm using one that she suggested as my wedding favor :) Thanks.

If you are planning any type of party, I would not recommend you purchase from them. They have been unreliable! This situation almost ruined my whole experience of organizing the party. The items I purchased were out of stock which they did not inform me about. When I called to find out the status of the order a week before the shower, I was told that the shipment was mailed out that day. A ton of guests called us wanting to know where we got the delicious Pear Olive Oil and Pear Vinegar. We bought the set from Favor Warehouse, so you could save some money if you just bought the single piece, which costs about half!
Overall, these were the Perfect Wedding Favors! Our guests loved the oil and vinegar, and the personalized bottles too!

I ordered my christening favors from Favor Warehouse recently, and the favors were so much nicer than I expected. They were so beautiful and very well made. Discount prices do not mean you will get sub par merchandise. This site was such a great find. My sister-in-law recommended them to me, and I have already sent 3 friends to their site. Two are having a baby shower and one just got engaged!! :)

Myself and my fiance recently purchased various wedding decorations and favours for our upcoming celebration from the Favor Warehouse website, upon recommendation from a family friend. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. Great customer service, prompt shipping and quality wedding favors. We'd definitely recommend this company to anyone shopping for gift items for their wedding reception.
