    I ordered favors for my wedding and paid for rush delivery on 04/28/09. The favors were supposed to arrive a few days later. My wedding was on 05/09/09. I called multiple times trying to get a shipping update. Favor Warehouse hadn't even shipped my order out until the wedding date. I received the favors on 05/13/09. I was very disappointed. It took several months to receive my refund. I never received a call back or apology from the company.

    Placed an order for a sample from Favor Warehouse. They charged me the next day. It's been 20 days since my order and I still havent received it. They are not picking up their customer service line and they are not responding to my emails about status of shipment. They website isn't much help either. The "order status" page doesn't really provide any useful information. I will not do business with them again. Please stay away.

    i order few samples from favor warehouse in april since my party was in may.i just received in june.i try to contact them several times through phone or e-mail with no response.do yourself a favor and do not deal with this unprofessional company

    Favor Warehouse send me the wrong order for the favors for my wedding. When I called them about this error I was hung up on several times. Once I finally got a person on the phone (after 2 hours of calling) they told me that the right order would be sent and arrive the day before my wedding. Well here it is 3 weeks after my wedding and the favors still have not arrived!!! I still can not get anyone at the company to remedy this problem!

    I used Favor Warehouse to purchase my wedding favors and the tags to go on the favor. When the tags arrived I was very disappointed. The background is distorted and the tags are not centered. I can not use these on my favors like this. The quality is very poor and I was under the impression the tags were already punched out and of a thicker card stock.     Customer service is non-existent whether through the phone or on email. Like others, my order took over 2 weeks to ship, even after I requested it to be cancelled via email (since they took so long). I will NEVER shop with Favor Warehouse again!

    Favor Warehouse is TERRIBLE! I placed my order over two weeks ago and my order still has not even shipped when the party is in three days. I spent two days calling, left two voice mails, two emails and when I finally got through on the phone, I was put on hold for an hour, just to be told one of the items I purchased they no longer had even though I was charged for it the day I placed my order!     Don't order from Favor Warehouse! I ordered 2 items, and one was backordered, but it took a week and a half before I got an e-mail telling me that. I sent 2 e-mails back, but never got a response. I had to call customer service 5 times before getting an actual person, and even then I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I decided to cancel the item that was backordered and just get the other item. I had ordered measuring spoons, and when they finally came (the day before the shower) one of them ...

    I purchased my favors from Favor Warehouse as they were the most affordable I could find. I placed the order and they were quick to charge my credit card. No problem, but at least update me with a status. Two weeks went by and I still had not heard anything regarding my order.. whether it had been processed, shipped, etc. I kept looking online and the status was blank.     I found Favor Warehouse to be extremely disorganized because my favors did not arrive in time for my wedding, but the day after, even though I ordered them weeks in advance. They charged me the full price, but then only sent me one! Then all they would offer is a 5% discount, which I felt was pretty ridiculous because it does not come close to the money I will spend now shipping the favors to everyone! I saw the prices and thought this is too good to be true, and now I think it was. Disappoint ...

    Silly me almost forgot to order favors for my wedding that was on August 8th. So I called favorwarehouse and asked if it was possible to get favors that quick. They were great not only did the customer service rep go in the warehouse to make sure the item was in stock, she also emailed me that same day with the tracking. The wine stoppers I ordered were beautiful.

    Their favors are really great quality and customer service is excellent. I have ordered from them many times and so have a couple of my friends at this point. None of us have ever had a bad experience.

    I ordered some wedding favors on June 11, 08 for a july 18th wedding. I got a phone call two weeks after I purchased the product and was told it was out of stock. Told me it will be available in July 8 and promised me it will be sent out the same day. I agreed and waited. I called them on July 8th and was told they're going to ship the order, 3 days later, I haven't received it. I felt that customer service was horrible! No help at all.     They were quick to charge the credit card, but not so quick to process your order. My event date came & went, and I never rec'd my order. They didnt respond to e-mails, and any phone messages. If you happen to get through on the phone, you're lucky.

    Very bad customer service, I returned my favors which they claim they never received, so no refund. No wonder they can sell them so cheap. That's how they make some extra money.

    The sample favors came first (they arrived in 7 days) and the save the date magnets came 2 days later (which was earlier than I expected) - they are personalized so they took a little longer. I placed my order with Favor Warehouse over the phone, and I ordered a bunch of sample favors - She suggested a few that I had not originally picked out, and I loved them - I'm using one that she suggested as my wedding favor :) Thanks.

    If you are planning any type of party, I would not recommend you purchase from them. They have been unreliable! This situation almost ruined my whole experience of organizing the party. The items I purchased were out of stock which they did not inform me about. When I called to find out the status of the order a week before the shower, I was told that the shipment was mailed out that day.
